I use this site to send flowers to out Aunt in San Jose California and even though I never see the product she seems to greatly enjoy whatever arrangement we've chosen. Also, delivery has always been on the day specified.

Was very dissatisfied with our previous purchase as it was nothing like pictured and a quarter of the size. Was supposed to have nothing green, but was a majority of large leafy green stuff. Was supposed to be mostly purple, and the couple of flowers we got were red. Customer service seemed not to care and the best they could do was gave me a gift certificate for $10, which isn't nearly enough, simply saying "there must have been a substitution.

So after this order got delivered using that $10 from our previous, it looks like it came from a different local florist and was MUCH better. I would order with you again, but only if I can be assured you'd use this same florist rather then the former, which I can't be, so I still don't think I'll order with you again because of the change of getting a bad bouquet again... We'll see.

The Funeral Spray We purchased lacked flowers. Very few flowers in a small area. I was very saddened and disappointed compared to families & friends that spent less on their large displays for a loved ones farewell journey

Very easy site to navigate, easy checkout and account sign up. Very pleasantly surprised by the Peace Lily plant delivered to my friend. She really loved it and shared it with me via video chat. The plant was much bigger than I expected and from what I could see was about 3' tall with at least 3 blooms. The foliage appeared very green and healthy. Overall a beautiful plant! Much better outcome than I've received from other companies!

Had trouble putting in billing information. Kept saying required fields when I already had information entered. Then when I went to review my order it had changed my order from regular order to deluxe order And I couldn't go back in and change it and didn't have time to start all over.
First time shopping with fromyouflowers. I have had extremely bad experiences with other companies, Especially when paying for the flowers to be doubled or tripled. I couldn't give a complete 5 stars for I didn't get to see the flowers and I know the ones whom received them will not tell me if they were not pretty. I understand it's not the companies fault In these situations but the local business. Wish there was a way to see the finish result. Online was good and the delivery time great.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
