Prompt help for missing delivery

Contacted customer support to deal with a delivery I did not receive. My support agent (Mary F) was extremely prompt and thorough with the information she gave me, and immediately issued a refund to resolve my problem. Sad I have no food, but happy with the support I received!

I've recommended freshly to several people over the years who now enjoy it as much as I do. It is the only food delivery service that I have kept up with. They are continually changing the menu while keeping classic favorites I love. They also have the best customer service. Tonight Belle U helped me adjust my order because it did not save properly earlier today and I "missed" the deadline. I would have had an order I didn't love, but instead now I have just what I picked! I will continue to recommend freshly to friends and family!

We were shorted on meal on November 1, and was told that $11.69 would be refunded to me. I thought they meant to my Freshly account but It was refunded to my card.

Excellent and easy customer service

I love the text feature for getting support with my order. My order never showed up and the tracking stated the package was refused or returned, yet there was never a driver attempt to deliver my package. Customer support was very helpful and the process was streamlined! Thanks so much!

ORDERING FOR A 90 PLUS YEAR OLD

Josh was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the products and how to control a subscription for my situation. Josh is a great asset to your company, he quickly answered any question or concern that I had. I want to order some of the meals that I feel my mom would be able to eat and enjoy. Depending on the meal... she will make 2 or 3 meals out of it, I know this from other meals I have sent her and what she does with her own cooking. This is why I had to contact Customer Service on Chat as there aren't plans available for my situation.
