Ronald- Great Customer Service!

Delivery help

I cancelled my subscription to Freshly a long time ago but just received an email thanking me for my order which would be delivered on 11/10. The first person that chatted with me told me the order must have been placed before I cancelled. I asked her to read the earlier chats showing my cancellation and she had Josh reply. He looked everything up and said it was reactivated through a promo. He cancelled it again, refunded the charge and deleted me. Josh was very knowledgable and helpful.

The food is packed better than previous food providers and the ice blocks are not starting to melt like previous providers. The variety of food meals are good as is the value and taste of the food. The service provided by Quinn [ customer rep.] was immediate and very good and answered right away.

Received an email with a discount and reactivated my subscription. I ended up charged full price. Used the chat feature in the app, and the person on the other end fixed the issue in under 10 minutes. You can't get that kind of quick and great service in person anymore. Good job Freshly!
