I just joined this app and I'm having concerns already. I'm expecting a pay in to my btc wallet and and it's been way more than 7 hours but my btc is not showing up as I write this review. Checking the block chain, the transaction has gotten over 20 confirmations by btc is not coming to wallet. I need help here. I'm not sure I'll recommend to anyone.

Keeping coins safe is something for me and many others, I'm sure. Very important. Such situations in which something bad would happen to my coins simply did not happen. They practically didn't get stuck in the transfer process (except for one case where I screwed up myself), they remain completely safe in my account for a long time, remaining untouched. Of course, when they are withdrawn from the wallet, everything happens smoothly and confidently.

These are pretty revealing facts, in my opinion, and therefore I tend to think that Freewallet is safe enough for me. The wallet does everything properly, which is why I can't even dig into it. The service proved to be reliable and safe

Don't bother, send cash in the mail instead this is so poor and the support is awful. Do not use, use crypto.com or anyone else. Freewallet isn't a scam its just really poor technically cant even deliver an email properly

The wallet is executed in a minimalistic way while allowing you to see all the main functional features. It was this simple yet understandable design that caught my eye. I also heard many flattering things about technical support, but I cannot confirm this from my own experience because I haven't yet had the opportunity to contact them.

This wallet does not charge the highest commissions, which I also liked. In general, everything works pretty stably.

One of the best things that Freewallet can give you is account compatibility and the ability to use my coins even from your smartphone. But even despite this, Freewallet is a well-proven wallet that is not scary to deal with. Looking at what they write about other services and how people constantly lose coins, I'm even glad that I chose this particular wallet, because this hasn't happened to me, although I've been using it for a long time.

I was in a rush and needed a wallet so I googled free wallet. Well guess what, Google returned FreeWallet.org. I deposited about $387 and needed to send it out quick, but I chose the normal speed which costs $32. It would have been $22 if I waited a couple of hours and I don't care to know how much it would have cost to send quickly. Bitcoin is a ripoff anyway with transaction fees. So a $400 initial deposit became $350 in a matter of minutes because everyone now specializes in doing nothing for a profit.

It was a good experience, because literally since I received my first ETH, I've been using this wallet. I like that you can use your account from both the desktop app and mobile. The wallet interface looks nice and clean, without distracting attention from unnecessary things, because they simply do not exist. As many others have said, they'll freeze your account & ask you to take impossible photos to get it verified. They want you to hold up your account on a device & print out a copy of their image while taking a selfie of yourself. Steer clear, I just got burned by these scammers.

The wallet is unique. You can store, swap a large number of different coins. I'm glad that I chose Freewallet. An excellent option for getting coins that you cannot buy on the exchange. Nice intuitive interface.

I've always been happy with Freewallet, even though I can't call this wallet perfect, but that doesn't matter to me. This is a simple wallet with powerful functionality. I have no big complaints about the wallet and by and large, the experience of using it was positive. However. Some of its aspects, such as small delays in transactions, can sometimes be frustrating. This doesn't mean that this happens all the time, but even rare delays can have a negative impact. With all this, I cannot but praise the excellent protection of Freewallet, which really inspires a sense of security and confidence in the safety of your money

I lost all my money.
I only deposited once and never sent anything. All my money was stolen as one day my account went to $0. I have spent years talking to freewallet and sending them the txhash, pictures with their Attention sign, signatures and ID's etc...
Every time I think I have got it straightened out it starts over with them wanting more of the same information.
They say my money is safe, it is safe in there account and that is where it will stay.

What can I say, I was satisfied with the wallet, no matter how you look at it. Even though there were troubles, they were rather one-time phenomena than something permanent. The rest of the time, Freewallet was completely ready to use, and made transfers without any problems and difficulties. That is, it was fast, it was efficient and successful.
As for the safety of money, I can say unequivocally that everything is in order. I don't know how they do it, but more than a year has passed and I have no complaints about this.
All in all, a great wallet.
