I accepted a project for a client that as we discussed more seemed fishy. Apparently, the site thought so too as they terminated the project for violating terms and services. However, the $25 fee I was charged for accepted the project was not refunded to me until I brought it up with customer support. This is something that freelancers and workers should be notified of, when it happens. Had it not been for PayPal, I would not have noticed the charge on my account. Luckily, after a chat with a kind representative, the situation was explained and I was given a refund, but it was all too easy for me to just lose out on my money which is not good.
