Addressing Bids Related Confusion

I thought there was a bug/issue on Freelancer because I was not seeing all remaining bids (out of 100) on my account analytics (with Plus membership), then I contacted support and got a chat with Andrei M. He clarified things to me and taught me how the bids system actually works. Days ago, I had another issue regarding KYC, and at that time, the support was also helpful. There was Elora (I guess), and she was also very helpful regarding addressing the issue, and there is FLNathan (from Freelancer's KYC staff), who is still always available to address my issues. I got a such great experience with Freelancer's support team and I'm happy with that.
