I have a debit card which is verified successfully but not authenticated. So, I tried to raise a ticket on support team, and they assure me the problem reviewed, and it takes time 24- 48 hours. Good response till now.

My verification experience is exhilarating. At some point, the verification requirements and journey appeared somewhat circuitous and tortuous as I had to struggle for a long time to get my referees to send in their reports and to submit all the documents for KYC. I must however give kudos to the Verification Team particularly Russell V. They were not just very thorough and detailed but also extremely professional.
