Good so far! Cyan bathing suit didn't fit very good! Black one was ok and pants were ok.

Highly recommend this company for swimsuits. True to size which is so nice.

They all are nicely made and fit true to size. Easy to order and got quickly.

When I placed the order it never showed I placed an order at all. When I emailed to try and cancel my order I never heard back from anyone for multiple days. I did finally receive the swimsuits. Unfortunately do not like how they fit in the chest area. I am now trying to return the swimsuits and get a refund. I emailed now waiting to hear back from someone.

I did receive feedback from customer service. This came from another country, so it was slow getting here

To return anything to this company you can ONLY do so on email and then it took their Customer Service 11 days to respond to me and their email didn't even include the address of where I would need to send the swimsuit back to. It took 2 more days for them to respond with the address. In the end, they made it way too hard to return (pay for it yourself, provide them a tracking number within 7 days, etc) Terrible customer service.
I will never shop at Free Curvy after this. I know better.

Apparently you can't return items. I was under the impression as long as not worn, tags on could return. I was told not to return to the address I received from. To return to a different address but was not given that address. Instead asked if I would just settle for $21 dollar credit.

The swimdress is very poor quality. I would not have purchased it if I had seen it in person before deciding.

Order came much faster than I had anticipated. I was happy with that.

Hopefully everything was clear. No, was not able to respond re. Failure to receive my order. Clearly there is a problem!

The suit didn't fit. I've emailed them three times asking for a return slip and return mailing label and no one will answer me. It's been over seven days.

I would like to return or exchange one of the bathing suits but trying to find out how.

I tried to return and it they made it impossible I emailed several times to no avail

Frustrating that they don't offer an exchange option instead of a straight return. Also, offered me a partial 1/4 of my purchase cost, and then I could keep the suits that in now way are long enough to cover my breasts enough to go out in public.

Overall experience was great. Delivery was timely, products are good quality

I have contacted by text twice to return the bathing suit. It was unappealing on me, I would like a refund.
