The website and ordering process was easy. The delivery was quick so very happy. Unfortunately both cossies I purchased did not fit. The sizing runs small especially in the bust areas. (Noting I am large busted but the same size in other brands do fit)
Hopefully everything was clear. No, was not able to respond re. Failure to receive my order. Clearly there is a problem!

I ordered a swim suit. When the suit arrived I really loved the pattern and colors. However I quickly realized I should have ordered a larger size. I have contacted the customer service email (could not find a phone number) 5 different times and have yet to hear back about exchanging the suit!
I had to return all the Items. I requested a confirmation to return. Which I think is silly to have to do! Then I didn't hear from you for several days. So I put in a dispute with my credit card. Then I got the email. Then I sent it back and had to email you AGAIN with tracking number. Too much of a hassle. Have the information for returns in the order like other companies do. So far I have not heard if you processed it yet. What a pain
Apparently you can't return items. I was under the impression as long as not worn, tags on could return. I was told not to return to the address I received from. To return to a different address but was not given that address. Instead asked if I would just settle for $21 dollar credit.
I paid for express shipping bc I was going away I ordered in enough time to receive them however do u your shipping issues I never received these in time for my trip. I was very disappointed and I was only able to communicate via email and was never able to get a final delivery date. I should have had the pkg by Feb 2 it came Feb 14
The process has been ok dealing with them. However I wish it was simpler with returning some items for a different size as I contacted them about it ans they said that I had to return it and pay the postage but I wasn't sure whether they were going to send the right size back to me or return my money if I returned the goods as that part wasn't explained very well. Very poor customer service when it came to that. All I wanted to do was exchange 3 swim suites for a different size as the size guide was wrong and made me purchase suites that were too small for me. I decided that it wasn't worth the hassle to return them and just wait until I lose weight which shouldn't be the case.
I did not receive my order. Your email is a fake. I am going to telli everyone not to order anything from you people. You are frauds. You sent me a couple emails when answer your question it tells me you email doesn't exist. I am going to give one more week before I post this everywhere.
Overall my experience with FreeCurvy was good. I liked the white two piece it was true to it's image on the site. I disliked the floral two piece it does not fit as it appears on the model such as the neckline and cleavage view which I wanted in a bathing suit. I would prefer to send the floral bathing suit back for a refund. Very disappointed with the second bathing suit as it was displayed is not how the item fits at all!
I am used to ordering and if I have to return its free. The swim suit I ordered was smaller than I wanted it to be. On the FreeCurvy page I ordered from said free returns within 15 days. However when I returned I had to pay return shipping.
The suits did not fit, so I have been trying to return them. First, I was offered $20 (less than a 3rd of what I spent) to just keep them. I declined and asked for the address to return them to as both the website and the email I received said not to send them to the address they came from. That was 2 weeks ago and I still do not have an address. I think they are trying to run down the clock on how long I have to return them so they can refuse the return and I'm out $75.
Out of the 4 items I bought, one was fit for purpose. If I had of realised the material used for the throwovers, I would not have bought them. So didn't look like the pictures.
However the overall experience was good.
When I ordered my swimsuit it was in stock. When I asked about an update on my order they told me it was out of stock told me they would replace it with a swimsuit of my choice or refund my payment. I asked for a refund of my payment because I found fhe same swimsuit elsewhere and for cheaper. They didn't respond for over 2 weeks until I resent an email asking for my money to be refunded the customer service was ZERO help.
So for over a week now I have been trying to contact curvyall to initiate a return (as per their instructions to *******@curvyall.com) and no one is responding! I know I have 15 days and we are at day 10 tomorrow and I am travelling out of town for several weeks in a couple of days and NEED to send this back asap
I also tried to reach out via Facebook someone answered and asked me for my order number - but since then silence. I am in Canada and trying to find an address to send the swimsuit back to? I believe it originated in the US/California but the 'address' on the label says 70 Gibson Dr. Unit 7, Markham ON L3R 4C2 - no company name even?
I think I will just have to send it back there (with copies of all the emails I have sent trying to make contact?) and hope for the best!
Anyone have an address or better idea please let me know!

When I saw your add I couldn't believe I was going to get to order a plus size 26 for a swimsuit and tankini. I received them finally in the mail and to my disappointment they are not a plus size in the bosom area. Very small did not cover me at all.
The service was professional the only thing that I don't agree with is the policy of return/refund I would like to have the opportunity to exchange the merchandise, but I didn't have this choice either to keep the merchandise or pay for the return to get my money back.
I referred to your size chart to order my items but the size suggested do not fit.

The fit of the suits were fine but the boob area is really small for big busted gals like me. I'll probs give them away as Christmas gifts. A bit disappointed to be honest.
I expected a longish wait for my order, but was pleasantly surprised at the swift receipt of my 2 piece suit. Will happily deal with this company again and highly recommend them.
Nice selections. Descent quality. Very happy with my purchases. Wish they had arrived before I went on my holidays but will be great for the next. I would definitely order again
