TThey sell not only fake Perfumes but also you will be lucky if you receive it. They charged my credit card, never sent the items, and when I called many times, I was on hold for over an hour.simply they have not customer service... if you want to deal with a real thief go ahead order from this company.

I cancelled my order in time. The company even asked why I was cancelling my order. I was honest with them,but they were deceitful. Saying I did not cancel in time lie. I have documentation of contact and dates. BBB will be contacted.

By far the worst company ever… go to your local mall for real perfume… the express wait is not express…

I will never order from this company again. I ordered a curling iron that was $94 and it is not the one for me. I tried to return the unopened curling iron and they don't do returns on hair care. They need to be more specific on their return policy. Now I'm stuck with a curling iron I will never use.

I ordered Tom Ford Soleil Blanc 3.4 oz and gave as a gift. I was mortified to learn the perfume this company sent was fake. Tom Ford Soleil Blanc comes in a white bottle, not clear. They advertise the white bottle on google search. It's called bait and switch. I followed their return instructions, 3 weeks to date still no refund. I have called several times, which the phone number supplied by them is NEVER answered.

I purchased a tinted moisturizer image. I love it because it's light. The one I received was like paste totally different color. I guess they make counterfeit in everything. Do not shop there.

It's been 10 days since I ordered. I talked to customer service earlier this week and they said that they're waiting for the product from the manufacturer.

With all of the bad reviews and the feel that I got when I called this company, I get a feeling that this is a scam that seeks to hold on to your money for as long as they can.

It's very difficult to get them on the phone too. I called once and stayed on hold for about 15 minutes. I hung up and then called from my office phone and stayed on hold for approximately 40 minutes before someone answered.

I finally cancelled my order. I actually found both Lancome products for much cheaper on Walmart.com.

Ordered and paid for overnight shipping. Days later it still has not arrived.

DON'T make the mistake of ordering from this company! It takes months an a fight IF you even receive your order! Two shipments always stop in Houston Texas an never get to you. Called this company was placed on hold for 30 minutes an then they hung up. Two phone tried, tried on line chat. Be aware an avoid this place. You have to file a refusal on your credit card for results!

Even one star is too much for fragrancenet company, but I had no choice! The service is terrible!

I ordered a 200ml men's perfume at the late April, and after two weeks I received a 100ml women's perfume! When I emailed the customer service of fragrancenet and raised the issue, they said we don't have a free return policy, you must mail the wrong item to us at your own expense! I asked them, I already paied for shipping and now you sent the wrong one, why should I pay for it? They said we do not have return label you have to pay post cost and we make it up by credit or buying coupon next time, I asked, are you the only one worried about returning your wrong order that you sent me? So what about my order that I still haven't received after three weeks! But nobody cares!

FragranceNet used an inferior shipping service On_Trac, which kept first package, marking delivery with false signature, FragranceNet sent out new package, which was signed delivered and left face down at an empty suite. Which gift recipient had to walk through the building for package, since they did not bring to her suite listed for delivery. Awful shipping service.

Do not buy here if you expect your order to arrive in 2 to 5 business days as stated on the website!
They don't give any support or attention.
I ordered my order on the 04/27, the deadline for delivery would be on the 05/03, it did not arrive!
This is the second time I order and this happens, I will never order again on this site that has no commitment and respect for the consumer!
I have a trip tomorrow that would be gifts for family members and it didn't arrive. I opened complaints that were never answered, I called a number that they never answered!
It's frustrating because it's the second time it's happened.
Respect the delivery time that is mentioned on your website, this is ridiculous!

Bought from them twice and compared it to my left overs that I had purchased from Sephora and Ulta and it does not smell the same. And the ones that does smell close, it just doesn't last more than 5 mins. They were nice enough to send a replacement but that was also bad quality. Will never buy again or recommend it. Spend the extra and get it from a store.

I placed an order for a perfume with FragranceNet after reading a few reviews and deciding it was worth the risk bc it was a good deal. I received an order confirmation email and my card was charged. Nothing happened for two days, then I received an email from FragranceNet telling me "Your order did not pass our order screening process and it has been cancelled". So if you're looking for a place that will waste two days of your time while holding on to your money, FragranceNet is great. If you're looking to actually buy perfumes, look elsewhere.

I received an obvious knock off, the smell and colour were completely different from the actual product. Their return policies are a joke and they don't post negative reviews about their service on their website so it looks like everyone is satisfied. Just avoid.

I don't know how to talk to them they don't answer nowhere they take the money it look like I will have to go to the company
