After almost a month of ordering a perfume from this site, it finally arrived today. Recently a friend got me the same perfume from an authentic store in the UK. And I couldn't but help notice the visible differences in the two of them. There one I got from fragrance net was lighter in color, like it's been diluted, the initials on the caps are totally different. Lol, it's really awful!
I placed an order in advance to make sure the Christmas gift will be here for Christmas, my order is delivered on the weekend. I sent it to my business address. The business is closed on the weekends.So I don't know where they deliver it to,the customer service is nonexistent. Nobody answer my phone calls or my emails. I file a dispute with PayPal now I have to wait a months to get a refund. Please guys learn from my experience shop elsewhere!

I received a bottle of Armani Code recently. What a joke! A scent that is know worldwide. But there was a slight smell for 10 minutes and it faded. Pitiful that people are being ripped off like this. They should be SHUT DOWN!
I signed up for the monthly subscription, I got my first order it was dolce Gabbana light, the ingredients were listed on the tiny bottle it smelled like pure alcohol and believe it or not that was the first ingredient, the bottle was easy to open so I actually think they made it themselves. Very disappointed!
I purchased from you a 3.4 oz bottle of Kenneth Cole Black Bold. When the shipment arrived, it was a box with 3 advertisements, 1 packing slip, and NO cologne. I contacted your company and received no apology for your mistake. You sent out a new shipment. From now on, I will pay a little extra and order from a different supplier.

I ordered 6 mini Yankee Candles and two were broken when I received them. I took pictures and emailed the company, they asked me to mail them back! Really! They are broken. You want me to pay postage for something broken. They have not responded, three weeks now. I will not be using this company again!
I placed an order with fragrance net almost 10 days ago, And $133 was deducted from my PayPal credit line. Unfortunately I could find no Order confirmation or history of my order. I reached out to them 3 times via email asking about an order number, where my order is, etcetera and received no response. I have filed a dispute with PayPal. So obviously I can not provide a picture of proof of purchase.
I purchased a 100mL bottle of Elizabeth Arden Untold Eau de perfume. I have been wearing this product since it was launched so I know exactly what it should smell like, having been through dozens of bottles while it was in production. This bottle is overpowered with alcohol smell and is missing some notes of scent that the original has. It looked like it was in original packaging and the production number matched Elizabeth Arden but the contents of the bottle are definitely not what I ordered. I will update after their Customer support gets back to me and let everyone know the resolution.

I ordered my product to be delivered to Australia and clicked on free international shipping.
My order confirmation online was for $35 but then I was later charged $35 for shipping?
Not to mention that the package was damaged when it arrived
I have asked through multiple channels for it to be reversed with no answer

Never again! Read the myriad bad reviews posted and they all confirm my bad experience. This company took days to even bother processing the order. A week goes by and THEN my two orders were shipped. Two weeks later and they're still not here!
Other sites promise orders are shipped the same day received and you get them days later!
Tried numerous times calling to talk with someone in customer service. They have no such department. Tried contacting them by email numerous times. No response. Go somewhere else to purchase other than this website.
They told me I get free 2 day shipping...It is 8 days now and I still have no items. There is no one you can speak to over there at their company and the shipper is of no help of course. Now I need to go through the process with my credit card of cancelling the order. This is a scam. Do not order from them. Better off paying more to get from a reputable company like ulta.
These fumes. We're a total waste of money not once did I not learn my lesson but a few times. No true FINE scent would ever be on a SALE to be quiet Frank! Fragrance is worth every Penny! These people shipped me expired suntan lotion. Order placed and received in June 2014. Lotion expired in October of 2011. They have no sense of quality control nor did they seem apologetic when contacted. DON'T buy from them
I ordered a gift set they sent it to me the whole bottle perfume was empty shipping did not ship it correctly leaked out in the box sent it back and still have not received my money back. I will never order from them again
I ordered cologne on June 10, 2103.It is now July 2,2103 and my product hasn't come. I asked on several occasions to speak with a manager and on every occasion, the representatives told me their was no manager available to speak or contact me about the where about of my purchase. Seems authentic so far, but shipping and customer service is ridiculous. The first time I ordered, I never received purchase after waiting for a very long time. They refunded me with no issues which is why I was willing to give them another shot. I've ordered a cologne my husband wanted for his birthday & paid the additional$19.99 for overnight delivery (Ordered before 12pm & on a Monday, so no "next business day" delays. This was over 3 days ago & still have not received it or even any notification that item is out for delivery; Only an email stating that the order was processed. Email support is very slow. Tried calling & I have been on hold for 30+ minutes now. Looks like I will not be receiving this item on time, after paying the extra costs to ensure I wouldn't run into this issue. I'll order from somewhere more reliable next time

First time buyer FragranceNet bought two high end fragrances one made me nauseous caused red rash on arm sprayed with scent! 3 weeks have passed since I was given return instructions finally I decided to post reviews to warn others about this slick operation that is expert in playing games like stalling! It is infuriating &despicable! Their promised return policy is non existent! I spent $153.55 money and involved PayPal to investigate the validity of my complaint! Some reviewers are not honest & may be offered money to write glowing FragranceNet reviews! I can promise all who read this review that it is honest & reliable! My suggestion is if some reviews appear to good to be true they probably aren't same for great prices on FragranceNet remember this is a sophisticated slick operation!
