If you go on their website and attempt to order 1 or 2 canisters of their product, the website will constantly throw offer after offer after offer st you. Before I agreed to triple my order, which annoyingly turned into 3 cans, I closed my Web browser just to get away from the in your face offers. Still, they managed to get $275 of my hard earned money for a product I had never tried! They charged me for 6 canisters in a double order, two separate orders of three. Furthermore, one order was $15 more than the other! Sure, they guarantee product returns, but don't expect them to pay for shipping. Not this company. They want to make sure they get as much of their crap into your house and then cross their fingers that you sit back and keep it. Horrible, vile company. There's a lot of competition out there now folks, I highly recommend you seek your pet's nutrition elsewhere.

NO FREE RETURNS. Cheap quality jewelry, and their customer service is either rude or unresponsive. I purchased a bracelet that looked nothing like it did in the photo. Just cheap costume jewelry. So I had to send it back for almost $15, Tracked the shipment and found out that they received it more than 2 weeks ago. When I complained they said they would refund it "by early next week." Still no refund to date. Do not do business with this company. It's outrageous that they would take that long to refund your hard earned cash in today's speedy bank exchange age.

I placed an order with fragrance net almost 10 days ago, And $133 was deducted from my PayPal credit line. Unfortunately I could find no Order confirmation or history of my order. I reached out to them 3 times via email asking about an order number, where my order is, etcetera and received no response. I have filed a dispute with PayPal. So obviously I can not provide a picture of proof of purchase.
