I purchased a ur.charm for my only daughter's ashes. This junk never fit together so I had to GLUE it I only glued the bottom and I used hardware to tighten the top. First time put on and it fell apart Loss the bottom, the ashes. This company never responded to my request, FRAUD

Ordered item and never received it. PriceRock didn't insure the item and says it was delivered. The problem is that it was delivered to the wrong address. No refund or new item was ever received. Terrible customer service!
The 14k gold diamond-cut Franco chain I ordered is well-made, feels lightweight and substantial at the same time. Shipping was on time, even with the icy weather we're having. A+
I saw an advertisement on Google, and was drawn to PriceRock for the great deals on Franco chains which can be somewhat difficult to find in the size I had been looking for.

I purchased and received a gold chain through PriceRock recently. Once in receipt of the chain I decided against and followed exactly what was requested to process the return of the item. The item was received by their office which I confirmed through UPS. It has been two months and I have not received my money back. I have sent numerous emails, because for their safety you can't speak to them, and have not had any return correspondence. I have had to get my credit card company involved to try and get my return processed. Extremely poor customer service and this is nothing short of theft.
Please, think twice before you end up like me.
