Was 8grams less than what was advertised. And was advertised as solid gold was auctually hollow. They discounted the price of chain. But in all I didnt get what they were advertising in any way.

I've been dealing with PriceRock for years, always satisfied with price, delivery, and until recently, customer service. I've been waiting on backordered chain for a couple months now, I'll be contacting them again soon to see where the issue stands. Perhaps it's time to find a new supplier for the chain in question?
Ordered item and never received it. PriceRock didn't insure the item and says it was delivered. The problem is that it was delivered to the wrong address. No refund or new item was ever received. Terrible customer service!
I purchased a ur.charm for my only daughter's ashes. This junk never fit together so I had to GLUE it I only glued the bottom and I used hardware to tighten the top. First time put on and it fell apart Loss the bottom, the ashes. This company never responded to my request, FRAUD
Everything was good. I do wish the exchange period was longer as it is a gift for Valentine's Day and it is 7 weeks away. Hope she likes it.

I bought a chain from this seller. I returned it a couple days later due to it being too small for myself. Now this all happened with 3 or so days from receiving it. Since then I have tried to contact the seller to get my money back, and it has been nothing but a hassle. They don't respond back to you and if they do it takes weeks. The last thing I was told was that it was a busy time and they don't have time so handle my issue at this time. Well I returned it at the end of October and there has been plenty of time from then to now to get it done. I wouldn't recommend not buying anything form this company ever. They only care about getting the money not giving it back. Now they have my pitched product I returned and the money spend. They are awful to do Buisness with. STAY AWAY.
Don't walk away from PriceRock, RUN as fast as you can. This company is nothing more than a scam/fraud company. First RED FLAG, PriceRock charged my credit card as soon as I placed my order on day one. Nobody charges your credit card until the item has shipped.This was 2/06/24. On 2/13/24 e-mailed PriceRock twice wanting to cancel my order and asked for a refund. They never responded. 2/14/24 they emailed me that the item had shipped which was a lie. All they did was generated a UPS shipping label and a tracking number. 2/15/24 PriceRock called me wanting to know why I was upset. At this point in time they still have not shipped the item. UPS confirmed they received a shipping label but never received package. I told PriceRock I had opened a Fraud case with my credit card company. They asked if I still wanted my item and I asked if I cancel will you refund my money which they said no, you can just get it back from my credit card company. THEY NEVER SHIPPED ITEM. My credit card company did reverse the charges. RUN RUN RUN

Ordered 3 mm 14 karat gold 16-in chain. PriceRock sent a 2.5 mm chain. Buyer beware. After email was sent asking for correct size chain to be sent they admit it was never going to be a 3 mm chain.
PriceRock Will put things on sale and to recoup their margin send a lesser product and hope customer doesn't realize. Took chain to jeweler locally, was told I got scammed.
DO NOT ORDER, they take your money and say your jewelry will be here in 3-5 days, when trying to find out where it is after 10 days no one can help you. Then after 20 days DEC. 25th still nothing I called my CC company and all of the sudden someone called and I told them to cancel I had my chain 12/30/2020. They said I would have to sign so I was not going to except it but no I found it put in my mailbox A $563.00 chain. Now It is 1/6/2021 and I can not get thur to anyone to return it.
