Pricerock was recommended to me by my friend as a good place to buy sold gold jewelry from. I have purchased two gold chains from them over the last year and I love them both. I got a 14k solid diamond cut rope chain and a nice pendant cable chain. They are very high quality. Their prices and service are great also.
Ordered 3 mm 14 karat gold 16-in chain. PriceRock sent a 2.5 mm chain. Buyer beware. After email was sent asking for correct size chain to be sent they admit it was never going to be a 3 mm chain.
PriceRock Will put things on sale and to recoup their margin send a lesser product and hope customer doesn't realize. Took chain to jeweler locally, was told I got scammed.

I have purchased many gold chains from PriceRock over the years and have had nothing but great experiences with them. I purchased a 14k gold 3.6 gold curb chain a 14k 3mm diamond cut rope chain and a 14k gold 5mm figaro chain. Their prices can't be beat. I had all the gold chains I prucased tested and they were all 14k solid gold and as described. I am not sure with other people have issues with them because I have had nothing but good experiences.

My 3mm "Solid" gold 14k chain broke after less than two months. I got no response over the course of a week and only got one once I said I won't stop emailing until they reply. Apparently my item, which broke in half (through the middle) after an incidental light tug, isn't eligible for return. Bad service, bad product, and bad experience. If I can keep money out of their pockets and save you some then I'm happy. Spend your hard earned money somewhere more trustworthy with better return policies.
Because solid gold is a softer metal, it can be delicate. All of our chains are made with solid gold as advertised. We do accept returns outside our return policy in some cases. Please contact us directly and we will try to turn this into a positive experience for you.
I purchased an item worth >$200 then returned it, with UPS tracking, to date there has been no acknowledgement from this company. This may not be a legit company. I will be notifying Pay Pal of problem.

DO NOT ORDER, they take your money and say your jewelry will be here in 3-5 days, when trying to find out where it is after 10 days no one can help you. Then after 20 days DEC. 25th still nothing I called my CC company and all of the sudden someone called and I told them to cancel I had my chain 12/30/2020. They said I would have to sign so I was not going to except it but no I found it put in my mailbox A $563.00 chain. Now It is 1/6/2021 and I can not get thur to anyone to return it.

NO FREE RETURNS. Cheap quality jewelry, and their customer service is either rude or unresponsive. I purchased a bracelet that looked nothing like it did in the photo. Just cheap costume jewelry. So I had to send it back for almost $15, Tracked the shipment and found out that they received it more than 2 weeks ago. When I complained they said they would refund it "by early next week." Still no refund to date. Do not do business with this company. It's outrageous that they would take that long to refund your hard earned cash in today's speedy bank exchange age.
