I placed an order and was charged twice and when I called customer service they make you wait for more than half hour and then go silent and don't answer. Service is the worse in perfume retailers. Take so long to cancel and refund the money. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RETAILER.
Do not buy from here. You will lose your money. My package was delivered to wrong address. The delivery company told me to contact the vendor for a refund or a replacement. For a week I have been sending Emails and Trying to call them ( the lines are always busy and you get disconnected). No Response.
This is a pic of the back of a 3.4 ounce juicy couture bottle unopened just as I received it. This Generic EDP is a company in the Middle East that makes " good counterfeits" there is not such thing. The other bottle I bought and opened is so watery it may as well be body spray, I feel ripped off and never again. Too many people shilling for them. The truth needs to be out. The bottle may look perfect that means nothing.
They sent me a cheap flashlight instead of 2 bottles of perfume that cost almost $40.00. When I emailed their customer service dept. multiple times they never answered even though they promise a "prompt reply". When I tried to call them the first day at 4:00 Eastern time, a message said to call back during normal hours (9-5 Eastern time). When I called back the next day, it said to press option 3, which I did, and I got a message saying "system error 21" and it hung up on me. This happened multiple times and many others have reported the same thing. I finally called the order line and after a 35 minute wait I finally reached someone. This was meant to be a Christmas gift for my wife, but I guess I can give her a cheap flashlight instead. Really sad
This company is a total SCAM, and I will be filing a lawsuit against them. I ordered a total of $1500 and the order never arrived but it was marked delivered. They won't refund me so I had to dispute with my bank, if I don't win my dispute. I am completely suing this company.
Be careful ordering from them, if something goes wrong with shipping you will not be compensated. I would go with known retail stores like Sephora, ulta and such.
I placed an order for a perfume with FragranceNet after reading a few reviews and deciding it was worth the risk bc it was a good deal. I received an order confirmation email and my card was charged. Nothing happened for two days, then I received an email from FragranceNet telling me "Your order did not pass our order screening process and it has been cancelled". So if you're looking for a place that will waste two days of your time while holding on to your money, FragranceNet is great. If you're looking to actually buy perfumes, look elsewhere.
I purchased a bottle of Bacarat 540.When it arrived my wife opened it and the lid was in two pieces the cap fell off and the plastic insert stayed on the bottle.That put up red flags we started looking at her real one they have a lot of different features. You will see in the pictures.Also it smells nothing like Bacarat 540.I Called them all the kept saying is their stuff is real.Even gave me the managers email never got a response from that person.I bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff from them.Im wondering now how much is real.thr Bacarat 540 cost me 475.00 I sent it back 5 days ago never heard back from anyone. Don't buy from them you don't know what your going to get.their fake ones are all on the right side or top I can't tell how the are going to show.You can google fake Bacarat 540 and see they are fake.
TThey sell not only fake Perfumes but also you will be lucky if you receive it. They charged my credit card, never sent the items, and when I called many times, I was on hold for over an hour.simply they have not customer service... if you want to deal with a real thief go ahead order from this company.
You use garbage shippers therefore you are garbage. I don't care how long standard shipping is. They made a commitment. Not only that, my package has been in my city for almost a week so there should be no excuse. Absolute trash. Just like ontrac. Negative stars over here. I'm sticking to decants off Etsy and Reddit from now on.
Ordered a few perfumes from Fragrancenet.com that I wanted quickly so i paid 20$ extra for 3-5 days and that was before December started! Shipment just sittling in suburb of Chicago.I could have walked there and picked up my package by now! What kind of shipping company is better trucks?
Express shipping should be trusted to Fedex/UPS/USPS. Now they say can't cancel order
I have been a pretty loyal customer of a certain skin care line bought at reduced pricing at Fragrance.net…rarely if ever checking grams or mls & instead making purchasing decisions based on need and PRICE.
My last order included a bar of soap which was priced according to previous purchases made. ( $30 USD).When it arrived I almost fell over. Yes they stated it was 17 grams in the fine print. ( hindsight IS 20/20) but the cost was pretty much the same as a regular bar. This thing wouldn't keep a mouse's arse clean for more than a week…absolutely tiny! It's appalling to me that they would even have this item priced as a big bar never mind having it in stock at all. I'm sure I'm not the only one who made this purchase based on price without checking the size. Massive rip off!

Neither FragranceNet nor the shipping carrier ( landmark global) customer service have been responsive.
Will never shop from them again.
Past orders were without issue but my recent purchase for a quality niche perfume arrived well packaged with no shipping damage or damage observed on the products box however the spray head was found broken off, likely as it was received by this vendor. One phone call to customer service and they sent label for return shipping with a replacement quickly sent and received in good order. While the problem appeared beyond their control, their customer service response could not have been better! Thank you Fragrance.net.
I ordered something weeks ago to avoid the Christmas rush and it was delayed a good week after it left fragrancenet.com's warehouse. Turns out a company ontrac does the shipping. When it finally arrived 2 weeks later we have on video the driver putting it at our office door, going back in his car (an unmarked minivan), then coming back out and taking it back, but the driver marked it as delivered. Ontrac started an investigation but I obviously don't have my product. I waited on hold for 25 min with fragrancenet.com for them to send me a replacement product. While on hold I emailed them asking the same question and they cancelled my order. So now I was was stuck finding the product elsewhere. Would not recommend or buy again regardless of price.
Bought over $700.00 of mens cologne and all were authentic. I know this because of checking dates of manufacture and bar code. Returned on bottle and had no problem. Packing could be a little better but worked. Read hundreds of bad reviews mostly women and over seas. Maybe something in customs for oversea products. All the women complaining haven't got a clue. Very happy with customer service and products. Hope this review helps men who want a quality product at great price. Will buy more.
We've been ordering perfumes through Fragrancenet several times, but lately very horrible customer service. Chat takes 15 mins to get a representative and phone it takes 30 mins to talk to an agent. I ordered perfumes on 10/3, the funds taken from my bank but over a week now the order status still same as "order received". They do not even take the time to send an email to let the customer know if there's a delay due to what reason etc. Even just that would have been suffice. We will not purchase from this online store ever again! Horrible customer experience.
Ordered from fragrancenet and chose 2-3 day shipping. Two weeks later still no cologne. I contacted them but still have not heard back. Hopefully I'll get it before Christmas. They got my money this time, but never again. Don't let them get yours.
They only shipped 2 of 3 bottles of Bosley Hair Shampoo that I ordered. I'm on hold now (15 minutes and counting) to talk with someone to make this right. With all companies do to push people off onto their websites you'd think they have more time to answer the damn phone!

They charged my card but never received the cologne I ordered. I kept getting shipping info which showed my order sitting for 3 day periods then nothing. Customer service emails were canned or down right nasty. I notified my credit card to not pay and will NEVER order from this mess of a company.
Answer: Because they have terrible customer service. They don't even know how to spell customer service. Save yourself the headache. Don't buy anything from them period. Go to a reputable Department store and that way you know that you will receive the real fragrance and not some fake toilette water.
Answer: I have tried it and they had real products tbh. But if you want to checkout my fav site is fragranceon.com they have everything real and great prices. I found this website to be a better version of them.
