I bought a clogne for my father which was written in the website that has an off and gonna be 16.24 and then the shipping will be 6.95 and my total gonna be 23.19 I have an sc of the website and even the confirmation of my order that emailed me but they charged me for 31.31$ for NO REASON I mean I don't get that where is my additional 8$?

This site usually has great prices, but my experience with there shipping has ALWAYS been an issue. They often do not send out updates with your tracking information unless you reach out to their customer service department, which isn't very helpful. When they do reply, it is with a very generic response. It should never take two weeks to receive a package of in stock items when you only live three states away from the distribution center! I wouldn't suggest ordering from them if you want to receive your purchase in a timely manner. If you choose to, pay for shipping (which is barely guaranteed).

I ordered two colognes and they both came at an amazing price and I was happy with both. The Shipping took two weeks which wasn't bad considering I live up in Canada. Definitely recommend if you can find nicely priced things on this site.

This company is stealing people's money! Never buy from them. I cancelled my order and didn't even get a full refund. Spoke to a customer service agent named Roslyn and she was very rude with me and ended the conversation before I could even reply to her. Never again!

When I tell you these women that is giving customer service is Rude... Their mouths are very smart... I called about my order I ordered a week ago and paid for 2-3 day shipping... I called looking for the order they don't even show a tracking number for it... The representative requested a refund to me her name was Mary... She was rude on the phone... I will never order again... A whole scam!

Please avoid fragranceNet, buy from authentic online portal. They will say they have shipped it but it won't reach you ever. No refund on orders while you will keep following up.

Bought Cartier Declaration and compared to my recent sample from a decant website. The one from the decant site smells like oranges and indian spices, with cumin involved (like it's supposed to). The bottle from Fragrance Net smells like cheap and bad B. O. only, rip off. Oh well, should have trusted the previous reviews, live and learn. Stay away!

I got an email stating my order had been delivered, with a tracking number that said it was sent USPS but when i clicked the link it was a fedex tracking number, which i thought was odd but brushed it off.
I was home all day and no delivery truck had been down my long gravel driveway that day but i went to check anyway, even checked the mail box since the confusing tracking info given in the email i thought maybe the post office came back and delivered it, I had already gotten my usual mail earlier in the day but you never know. No package anywhere to be found. I contacted Fragrancenet and they said to wait a week and see if it showed up and then get back in touch, Which was very unhelpful, no information on what exactly they would be doing to resolve the issue, would they resend? Give a refund? Say too bad it says delivered? I called fedex and they refused to help me because i was not their customer. So looks like ill be forced to call my bank for a charge back, hopefully i can get my money back. Do not recommend.

Past orders were without issue but my recent purchase for a quality niche perfume arrived well packaged with no shipping damage or damage observed on the products box however the spray head was found broken off, likely as it was received by this vendor. One phone call to customer service and they sent label for return shipping with a replacement quickly sent and received in good order. While the problem appeared beyond their control, their customer service response could not have been better! Thank you Fragrance.net.

I ordered two colognes the same. The received both payments but are showing awaiting payment. This was back in June. I have written emails with no response back and whenever you call the line is busy. Just lost 300.00 from this ridiculous company. Do not recommend. I want what I paid for or my money back!

I purchased over $200 worth of merchandise from fragrancenet, received an order confirmation from them but did not receive any additional notifications for 2 weeks, so I called the customer service line. Customer service tells me 'my payment didn't go through' sent me a bogus order cancellation email and never refunded my money. I have been arguing with them for WEEKS and they REFUSE to give me my money back, claiming that it was just a 'hold' and the charge never went through. My bank confirms that they absolutely DID charge my card and they are completely lying about it. Since they won't do anything about it, I need to dispute through the bank which is likely going to take 90 days to resolve. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I don't get the complaints. I have been shopping fragrancenet for 10 years and every product is legit. Shipping used to be lighting fast but lately it's been a little slow is the only thing I can think of. But as far as the hundreds of fragrances I bought from them, not once have I had a problem or a fake item.

I ordered from this site as it had plenty of good reviews. I contacted customer service because my shipment was delayed by 2 weeks in which they responded in a rude manner telling me I have to wait a certain about of days to contact them. My package said delivered but I could not find it anywhere, I went to my neighbors and they didn't receive it either. I emailed customer service once more and all they said was " Your tracking number is xxxxxx and it showed delivered. Thank you for shopping with us." I wasted over 150$ and now I will have to dispute with my credit card company due to their lack of customer support.

Fragrancenet.com has sent me open/used frags then refused to take them back. They sent my sister the wrong fragrance not twice but THREE TIMES. And were absolute jerks when she contacted them to ask for a return label so she could return the MEN'S fragrances they'd sent her, thrice. She sent them all back on her own dime. Then they wouldn't issue a refund, so she finally got her credit card company to dispute the charges. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid Fragrancenet.com. (I've had good luck with Fragrancex.com. They'll take open fragrances back & refund completely as long as it's not half-used and you're not abusive of their generous policy - - i. E., habitual returning of used juice.) (Note: I'm not affiliated with either company - - I work for the Dept. of Defense.)

I have ordered a two times from this site. The discounts are great how ever when I order CK it was the right bottle but not CK smelling cologne. I messaged them the refunded me but nothing said about a fake cologne.
I ordered one other one and was ok. I dont really trust this site and there CS is horrible.
