I purchased over $200 worth of merchandise from fragrancenet, received an order confirmation from them but did not receive any additional notifications for 2 weeks, so I called the customer service line. Customer service tells me 'my payment didn't go through' sent me a bogus order cancellation email and never refunded my money. I have been arguing with them for WEEKS and they REFUSE to give me my money back, claiming that it was just a 'hold' and the charge never went through. My bank confirms that they absolutely DID charge my card and they are completely lying about it. Since they won't do anything about it, I need to dispute through the bank which is likely going to take 90 days to resolve. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
