Purchase perfume for a present, didn't receive it and had follow up messages to state it hadnt been dispatched and they were looking into it. Tried to call several times to speak with someone and no answer to the call apart from a message they are busy please hold. I cancelled with my bank and they advised that the payment was made and it was a reoccurring payment: This is yet ANOTHER scam site AVOID.

I bought a perfume from perfume direct, I told them it was incorrect and I needed to return. They sent me their return address so I sent it back paying for postage myself in April. I then sent them the tracking receipt. Since then I've been chasing my refund but I've still not got it. They don't reply to emails weeks later and it always " we have to check with the warehouse" bunch of scammers

The perfume came damaged and just because the delivery box wasn't wet, I wasn't granted a refund or replacement. It doesn't even make sense because the tin the perfume came in was SEALED and the damaged perfume was stuck in the tin. Scummy company, I'm out of money for no reason now

I have purchased many times but on this occassion my very expensive bottle of Dior doesn't seem like the real thing. My colleagues always comment on my perfume as I've been using Dior for many years. On my recent purchase I can't smell it and no one has commented either.

I won't purchase again from this Company and will take my business elsewhere.

I am disgusted to have only received one of 2 of the same perfume refills I ordered was told to send an email to take photos of what I received it's disgusting never had this problem with any other fragrance company I will not be ordering from them again I recommend nobody does to avoid being disappointed. It is theft I am furious

On the 20th of December 2021 I went in store at waltham Cross to purchase a bottle of perfume coco channel mademoiselle to gave as a Christmas present. I was told to collect it on the 23rd of December in store. When I went I was told by the cashier that customer service contacted me for it to be delivered at my home address, which on showing the cashier that I had not received any communication from them. She emailed them and copied me into it say to deliver the item at my home, she guaranteed it will arrive on Christmas eve. I never received any communication nor the package. I tried calling customer service but they were closed and on holidays. I went back in store on the 28th and I was told that they wasn't anything they could do. I wrote a complain via email. And they said sorry and refused to compensate me for the embarrassment coursed. I will never recommend them again being a loyal customer for years. I'm a nurse with Royal free NHS Trust and the present was meant for a friend with stag 4 cancer. Unprofessional and rude service to say the least. Anisa Lisa Mohammed.

The 2 perfumes i ordered are fake 100 pdrcent. I had opium and eternity. But still had bottles with perfume in brought from house of fraiser. The outer packet was wrong the writing on on bottles was wrong smell never lasted. I called them they said not fake. Trust me its FAKE

Their website tells untruths. On the front page it simply says 'Free shipping over £25' but I was still charged. Apparently this is because you have to enter a code, but that is not made clear on the front page which was all I looked at. Apparently on page 309 (or something lol) of the T&Cs it says about this, but who reads that. I just trust the front page, but don't trust these guys ever.

The bad reviews boggled my mind! The delivery was quick (royal mail special delivery) & the products are definitely authentic.

Box seemed genuine and was wrapped in cellophane. The bottle was made of acrylic and had rough edges. I've been using Hugo Boss Femme for years but this smelt nothing like it. Washed it off after ten minutes. I certainly wouldn't buy from them again.

Placed a order in Dec 2020, confirmed, paid, waited 5 weeks-- FRAGRANCE DIRECT cancelled at the end of January invoking problems with DPD delivery service and BREXIT -- promised to myself never again order from them
But 3 MONTHS later on 13 April, I placed a order again and same thing happened: paid, order got confirmation and after 3 weeks FRAGRANCE D cancelled again on me invoking the same problem with DPD delivery service and BREXIT.
If you're from outside UK due yourself a service and don't waste time ordering with FRAGRANCE DIRECT!

Avoid this company at all costs, poor packaging and charge postage over £75 arrived all crushed, Sean online chat arrogant and NO closure to my concerns, See other reviews on Trustpilot UK, AVOID This company at all costs.
Try other online companies Amazon UK etc far superior service.

Warning. FAKE.The company does not care, they will send you to the manufacturer Cody if you claim fraud. They will NOT inspect the bottles themselves. 1. look at the amount in the bottle. 2 look at the "Cool Water" its written in the wrong font! 3 Look under "Cool water", its not written "woman" 4 Look under the (top) shape its flat surfaces not round. I did get my money back but not for the shipping. I also ordered a euphoria that was equally bad in smell and with fake metal covering. I spoke to a investigator of fake parfumes who confirmed that a real euphoria always has real metal covering. Fragrance Direct did not accept this review on their site.

They will not issue a refund, only store gift card. If there is an issue with your parcel, they simply ignore you for weeks and then say we cannot issue refund only store credit. I do not need store credit as I had to buy replacement elsewhere. Money stuck now with these fraudsters.

Ordered my aftershave with next day before 4pm delivery and 4 days later it still hasn't come, and my royal mail tracker has said it's being prepared by the sender for the past 2 days. Would not recommend people shop here and I will be buying from this site again.
