I'm constantly coming back to buy these fragrances because there's nothing like this out there. I have pretty good collection of fragrances. I understand that the price is a little steep but you have to take in consideration, the quality of the product you're getting. The website is so easy to use, I've had to email for help and I get a response quickly and always with a resolution. Fragrance One will keep getting my money because the products do not miss!

I am a fragrance collector and have bought several fragrances from FragranceBuy. I am un general happy with my experience but unlike other discounters it is hard to get discount codes or free shipment at your company. Some kind of a discount would have made my experience perfect. At the moment I wanted to buy a Lataffa fragrance but since shipping yo the US is expensive it has discouraged me from proceeding with the purchase. Kind regards

Ordered mancera precious aoud. What they sent was not real. No batch code. Sent them an email to that effect. Waiting on pre paid shipping lable to return this fake juice for a total refund. I have 17 mancera fragrances all have the batch code on both the bottom of the packaging containing the juice and the bottom of said bottle. The batch codes on authentic mancera fragrances are lasered in the bottom of the package and the bottle.

I'm not sure how many times I've been asking you guys not to ship these items on your typical branded boxes. It tells the carrier and others about its contents. Secondly, stop using FedEx. This, company always leave my packages outside the lockers, sitting in a room where everyone can easily take them. I always have to come rushing to the package room to get my stuff because FedEx won't even try to contact me for picking up anything.

Still great prices that they're slowly raising but only in the hyped fragrances, things are mostly always out of stock, notification system is not truly notifying you because its first come basis, and they're no longer including fragrance samples when purchasing green care insurance. Still the best for majority of products but the angle at which they're declining is making me worry. Soon they'll just be like the other guys.

Julia from the fragbuy team reached out and offered information and some solutions that they are working towards. I really appreciate Julia for taking their time to send me an email explaining everything.

Product was clearly left in extreme heat for prolonged period of time (may have potentially caused premature breakdown of fragrance ingredients), glue connecting plastic inner cap piece came completely melted all over the atomizer and leaving multiple components displaced and sticky. Customer service never responded, overall extremely disappointed with my purchase. I almost never write reviews but felt the need to in this case from how awful my customer experience was. 100% using Jomashop next time

EDIT: Shortly following posting my review I was contacted by fragrancebuy to mediate the problem. I will say the customer service was kind, helpful, and straight forward. However I do find it a little frustrating that despite three emails and over a month of waiting with no response whatsoever I was contacted almost immediately after I left a sub par review. I was thankfully able to get a full refund on my defective product. Will I use fragrancebuy in the future? Maybe, I can understand that mistakes happen — however multiple mistakes chained together can be a very deterring factor when choosing a company as a customer.
