Everything came in perfect condition, and the packaging was very nice.
2 weeks later and I still didn't receive my package. No one to talk to or follow up with. They normally leave the package at the door and now they said they need signature which I was not aware of. The building needs a fob to access to and I of course work all week. They come during work hours and advise "signature needed" (no one called me by the way and they didn't knock on the door since they can't access the building without the fob). I called and emailed customer service, no response and when they replied, later on, they said we will advise FedEx to leave it at an office near by (no address, no info). FedEx finally called me yesterday and told me to pick it up today at a nearby office. I went today (Saturday) and my package was not there. They said come back Monday. So as of now, no package yet. It was supposed to be a gift and it's way passed the date I was supposed to receive it. Very disappointing. This is the first time this happened for one of your shipments and I'm not very happy with the experience and with the service.
Enjoyed shopping at fragrance buy, they have a large selection. Great place to find out of stock fragrances. I will be a customer for a long time.

I've purchased numerous bottles of Versace Dylan blue so I purchased the biggest bottle from this site and scent fades within ten minutes of application would not purchase again to be honest
