Contacted me with option to return perfume free of charge and were very kind.
Was ordering for a friends birthday about 3 weeks in advance and was scared it might not be there on time. It came in about a week and I was very pleased.
I think its been close to 3 week now and still no dilivery. UPS has failed on so many levels. During our snow storm they said my package is out for dilivery (their centre is 10min from my home that was on the 17th of Jan). The same day I also ordered something from amazon and my order was delivered the next day. Now it's almost the 23rd of Jan and still no delivery... The Incompitance of this UPS company is pathetic. I will be telling this suplier if they don't change their shipping company soon I will NOT be ordering from them any more...
Would have been 5 stars except one of the fragrances I ordered (Afnan Supremacy in Heaven) was substituted with another Afnan cologne. Besides that no problems.

This time I ended up placing a huge order because of the Black Friday temptation and I actually had two separate orders. And when I received them, it all came in a huge box and I was expecting to see two separate poxes but I realized that FragBuy put them all in one box as I would do the same. Great thinking and great service! So I didn't have to wait twice but all at once and I felt like my Santa arrived earlier this year. LOL Thanks FragBuy Santa, everything was perfect as always has been!

I had 3 separate orders in the last month, total of 16 pieces and with the very last delivery, only 1 piece arrived with a damaged product, so unfortunately. I think it was more of a manufacturer's packing issue and possibly the handling issue in between the warehouse of manufacturer and the distributer or in between the distributer and UPS employees. The one with the damaged item is in a very insecure package within its own box, basically it was shaken all around inside when the metal piece of bird sculpture on top of the cap is obviously needed a secure protection inside the box but I was surprised there was no single material to protect this metal cap with the bird which now it's completely broken off in two pieces. Although I don't think it's entirely FragranceBuy's problem, they should probably take an extra measure to avoid this kind of unnecessary issues with the original packaging, like recent on going issues with the clear plastic dome containers that have been damaged from Lattafa's Pride collections, I'm wondering if FragranceBuy can possibly add manually an enhanced extra protection on each one of these extremely fragile products. I understand, this means it's an extensive and extra work and effort for the employees but on the brighter side, you could prevent from any future damaged products and saving more cost and time in the bigger spectrum. So this one item out of 16 pieces was the only one that has arrived broken so although it might not reflect FragranceBuy's service, it was almost a perfect experience for me this time. I also would like to include in here that the response to my question on email was very quick and very helpful. (Thanks to Larry) So I am still a very satisfied customer overall since I have been with FragranceBuy since 2019. Thank you!

My perfume arrived well packaged with no damage and it only took 5 days. The website is easy to use and emails let me know my order had been received and when it shipped.
Was quite easy to place online order, got a good price and received the fragrances intact. I wasn't sure they would come without some damage but all was great! Will definitely reorder.
