Fedex failed to deliver my perfumes and is keeping them in a far-away location. This situation can be rectified by the seller which is FragranceBuy. I have emailed them twice and called them over 10 times in the past 3 days and haven't received a response.

I have purchased from Fragrancebuy.ca many times and each time the transactions have been smooth and problem free. Products usually arrive within 3 days, packaging and overall service is great.
I would recommend them strongly as they have great options, stock and pricing.

As always, Fragrancebuy has great prices, even better with sales and promotions. I got Parfums De Marly Althair this time and it came nicely packaged and smells awesome! Thank you.

I never received my items. And when I reached out to fragrancebuy customer service, they told me to fill out a slew of forms. So I filled out the forms. And then they ghosted me. It's been almost a week and no response. I paid well over $100 for this order and never received anything. I even paid extra for shipping insurance just in case something like this happened. And yet, I am left with nothing. No refund, no fragrances.

Was not fully comfortable with purchasing cologne online out if fear of fakes or dishonest sizing but all that is gone. Great site, great service. 100% happy

I ordered my two favourite fragrances, Hermann a mes Cotes and I am Trash. They were ordered just after midnight and delivered the SAME day. Outstanding. Always such a smooth and easy ordering and delivery process. Will always order again and again.

I have purchased at least 3 times prior. My email was part of the purchase for tracking.
I received no credit for the purchase rewards despite the automated telling me I had them at checkout.
Very disappointing

We bought two perfumes (one for the boyfriend and one for me). They arrived two days earlier than expected and in perfect condition! Original sealed packages, not even a dent on the boxes. We love our perfumes!

Took a very long time to get the shipment and not happy with the quality of the product. There's no way to return the product if you open it. That means they could send anything and if we open it the money is gone.
