I have had issues with my packages arriving on time, on the last two occasions. Each time it has been me running around, calling, emailing trying to get an answer. I have been disappointed with how Fragrancebuy (who are usually very good) has handled the issue. Notwithstanding, it is very hard to get a hold of someone to discuss the issue, the phone calls go to voicemail and via email the wait time is longer than expected. I have put in another order last week and need the package to arrive before Thursday - lets see what happens this time.

I have ordered from FragranceBuy before so this is my go to place to buy MY favorite perfume, and gives me a chance to try new ones. They have an extensive choice of products, and if you want to try a product, some are testers which means they are some what cheaper than paying full price. My favorite fragrance " Red Door" never disappoints me, been wearing it for years. I also tried a couple of new ones, Elizabeth Arden "White Tea" and " Elizabeth Arden "Provocative" ( which is what I have been wearing the last couple of days and it's absolutely amazing. I paid for the total pkg protection.99, and have no problem paying that for a little more protection. I didn't pay it before and items arrived safe and sound. Bottom line if you're hesitant about buying fragrance online from here, don't be. Thank you Fragrancebuy for having such an amazing collection, and thank you for carrying my favorite Red Door.
I was able to receive everything with 100% authenticity. I had some issues with the shipping but FragranceBuy responded to my email quickly and allowed me to rectify the issues with the post office.
Always trusting fragrancebuy with my purchases. The only issue is that I'm in the US and there is always an international fee charge when I order but that is not a big deal. They are great and very customer oriented.

Great purchasing experience. Great prices, shipping was exactly as advertised, took 1 week to ship from Canada to Louisiana. One of the colognes was not great, but that isn't their fault. The reviews didn't match the cologne, and it's all subjective anyways. What one person thinks smells great might not smell great to another. No fault of Fragrancebuy. Overall great job!

I found the scent doesn't stay long. For the price I paid for it. Even if it was open boxed. My friend bought the exact same one and she uses it one time a day and it stays throughout. But she bought from a retail store. Same kind

This order was great as usual. The only thing that annoys me is shipping, I feel that it's too high. I understand my orders are not high amounts but shipping of $10 or more is too high for my liking...
