I ordered from here in USA and get order fast! And they actually sent me a sample of an expensive cologne and I love it but it over $200 and I don't want to pay shipping?But they have real quality cologne!
I've loved ordering from you guys, but I've had a friend order from frangancenet a day or 2 after my order was put in here and it took a week longer to receive my package compared to his order he got in 4 days. Besides that amazing packages comes in great condition always recommended to my friends with great deals and brands in stock!

2nd order was damaged by shipping company which lead to a bottle being broken. I e-mailed customer service and they dealt with it right away. Even after hours. I couldn't believe it. Unreal customer service.

Found exactly the fragrance I was looking for at a great price. The purchase was seamless and received the product within days. The packaging was a pleasant surprise, very nicely packaged in a terrific Christmas motif box. Very original. Needless to say, the product was exactly as ordered. Great experience all around.

Had an issue with my most recent order whereby FedEx delivered to the wrong address. The delivery image was clearly not my house and was missing the address where it was delivered to.
I filed a complaint with FedEx and gave Fragrance Buy a heads-up. FedEx did an investigation and confirmed the incorrect delivery. They said they will try to correct it in the next few days.
Fragrance Buy showed a lot of empathy to my misfortune and they were ready to move forward with next steps pending FedEx's findings.
Luckily FedEx were able to locate the package and properly deliver after two more days.

Package came with lots of those foam bits and the boxes came in perfect. It was supposed to come in a week but came in earlier which was really good! Definitely buying here again!
Love the smell but it's gone after about 30 minutes. Too much money spent on "perfume". The body shop has fragrance that last longer. Even bathroom fresheners last better.

My experience with fragrance buy has always been excellent. Fragrance buy has good prices and good products I have no complaints what so ever. If your looking for cologne or perfume you will pay less with fragrance buy.
Always a pleasurable experience dealing with fragrancebuy.ca. Order comes quickly and safely every time. Although i wish as much as i spend i can get better and more samples and earn points quicker and that points shouldn't ever expire. But they added afterpay which i asked them a few years ago so that's greatly appreciated. Now i can buy in bulk and make payments overtime while increasing my collection quicker.
