I've now bought 4 niche fragrances from FragranceBuy. Everything is legit and the shipping is very quick. I also love that the driver either calls or texts when package is being delivered. I will always buy my niche fragrances from them.
I have spent hundreds of dollars at FragranceBuy. When I'm looking, FragranceBuy is ALWAYS my first stop. They have a very broad selection and the prices are often the best. The red box packing system is premium and I've never had a single problem regarding the quality of the products after shipping. I have two suggestions: first, lower the threshold to qualify for free shipping and two, simplify the rewards system. I would like to be able to use more than one reward at the same time.
The selection of fragrances is wide-ranging and the prices are good. Customer Support is warm, friendly and polite. I like that they use FedEx which seems to get the purchases to their destination faster than normal. As far as I am concerned FragranceBuy is one of the top two destinations. I always consult their site when buying fragrances.

I was looking for a fragrance for my wife that had been dropped by retail store. Luckily I found it on Fragrance Buy! I was able to find what I was looking for and the ordering was very easy. My order arrived very quickly and was correct. I will likely use Fragrance Buy again because it is easier to find what I'm looking for on line, than driving around from store to store and coming out empty handed.
Was not fully comfortable with purchasing cologne online out if fear of fakes or dishonest sizing but all that is gone. Great site, great service. 100% happy
So far I have ni complaints about my purchase everything went fine. Got my order and every fragrance bottle arrived intact with no deflects. Although a little present here and wouldn't hurt you guys, considering the amount of cash I've spent so far with you guys. But as far as product quality goes. A+ experience
This my go too site. I've bought 10 plus frags from here in the last year or so and it's always speedy and secure delivery. Products always arrive in mint condition. My only gripe is they take a little long to get newer frags. Its okay tho

Every time I have purchased from your company it has been an amazing experience. As I've become a serious fan of colognes you have helped me grow everything and that continues with this last purchase of Tom ford oud wood. However, this time I received a bottle that was from almost 4 years ago as it's batch code had stated. No issue as of now with the fragrance smelling wonderful still, but could become one of the fragrance quality deteriorates/Expires with a average 5 -10 year life span. I don't think it will be a issue but if it does I just wanted to to have some sort of awareness brought to you guys beforehand. I look forward to continuing to buy more products from you and telling family and friends who the go to company is for buying your favourite colognes and perfumes!
My order arrived in a sealed shipping box. Inside had a good amount of pscking foam to protect everything and nothing was damaged in shipping. We all know how much delivery drivers care about other people things.

I bought three fragrances from them and they came very well packaged inside a red box along with a free sample fragrance (10 ml). All fragrances in top notch condition and 100% original (I verified the batch code). On the other hand, FedEx took 9 days to deliver my package with only a couple online tracking updates, but that's another story
This company absolutely sucks in my opinion and is ran by thieves. I ordered something a while back and never received it. They still wanted me to pay although I never received it. I wanted to make everything right, but they did not. So I disputed it with my credit card company because I refuse to pay for something I never received. They should have mailed me a replacement in which they didn't. What they did is ban me from ever doing business with them again. Absolutely a horrible way to do business. A legit company would want to resolve issues with people, but this company doesn't care if they screw you over or not.
They billed me for a cologne I ordered, but I never received it. I called them and discussed this with them, and the person on the phone refused to do anything.
