Bottle in perfect brand new condition. Great tracking, I could literally gps track him coming down my street.
They wouldn't send me a replacement right away and expected me to send them back the item first before refunding me and expected me to place my own replacement order. Whenever this has happened with other retailers they simply apologize appropriately and just replace the damaged item free of charge without you needing to send anything back or refund you for it immediately because the fault falls on them and not the client and they ask for you to kindly send the damaged item back at YOUR earliest convenience. For the inconvenience they've given you by sending a damaged product these measures are what they consider the least they can do, especially when they claim 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Completely lacking in customer care and competency.
UPDATE: After this review they quickly reached out to me via email to rectify the issue. I did voice our that it was disappointing that I had to make my original review for them to meet me halfway with appropriate solutions. I am satisfied with the way we resolved the issue in the end.
What can I say? Easy to find, easy to order and reasonably quick delivery. It's been a pleasure being a satisfied customer.
Very simple really and thank God for that as I am not a technical person. Found what I like easily plus a bonus sale on Cuban. Made my order and received confirmation by email and a tracking code which I find myself checking daily. Not much to do being retired. Followed the order daily and received it when they estimated it's arrival. Excellent packaging as always and my wife gives me hell for not wanting to throw the boxes away. Lol...great work guys.

Found some clones that I really wanted to try here. The prices are very attractive and shipping was fine (CAN->US ~ 1.5 wk). The box was well packed and I didn't end up with anything damaged.
