I received a beautiful photo on Fracture as a special gift from a professional artist/friend. Unfortunately, the only way to hang it that Fracture provides is a giant screw into a wall - no alternatives for walls that you don't want to mar with a giant screw. Any other hanging method voids their warrantee. I cannot return it, to tell my friend about the difficulty since it would break his heart. So, I will have to invent my own way to hang it knowing that the customer service from Fracture said that anything other than the screw could ruin the print or cause the backing to fail. Come on, Fracture. Provide alternative mounting provisions for people who cannot or will not use a giant screw on wall.

I would not buy anything from Fracture until they fix this design fault.

Great Picture

I wanted a picture of my sweet rescue that died two weeks ago and I sent one to Fracture. When I received it I couldn't believe it. It looks like my sweet dog is looking right at you. Thank you so much for the wonderful picture

Not Printed on Glass!

Their website looks very legit but their products are not. The picture was NOT printed on glass and was rather BEHIND the glass. The quality of the image I sent was far superior than the one they used to print. I can tell it's blurry and dark! I def do not recommend buying from here.

70 foot cross
July 6, 2020

I took sort of an artsy photo in the shadow of this monolithic cross but I have an I-phone 6 and was concerned that my Fracture print might be grainy or that something would get lost in the translation. Was I ever wrong! It came out beautifully portrayed and great quality thanks to the team at Fracture

In my haste to order a wedding present, I forgot to add the discount coupon. One email to customer service and it was taken care of the next day! Jessica was very efficient, friendly and was able to solve my issue immediately. She also included links to tips for help in the future. The photos turned out great for the wedding couple and arrived even before the scheduled date!
Another order came with one (of three) photo cracked. I sent a picture of it according to the directions on the website and I received a replacement within days. I did not have to return the broken one.
I appreciate the lack of excess packaging--it is amazing that almost all of my orders have arrived in perfect condition.
I have been very pleased thus far with the photos and the service. Thank you, fractureme.

Amazing Art

These are more than pictures, they are pieces of art. Fracture has become my favorite (Maybe my only) site for pictures. They are amazing and beautiful. Very quick also. And I love that it's a local company in Florida. Thank you for beautiful Christmas presents for my family

My $70 glass print that is 11" x 14" arrived and looked great until I saw the back and its mounting system. The only attachment to the wall was a key-shaped hole in the FOAM RUBBER backing and a supplied drywall anchor screw. The screw is great but the foam rubber was not strong enough to hold the glass on the wall. The foam tore and allowed the frame to crash to our tile floor. Obviously the glass is now broken and the whole investment is wasted. I looked at their website and now I see that the next size larger has a metal grommet surrounding the foam rubber hole. Too bad that is not part of every size.

Additionally, I contacted their customer service to address this issue four days ago and they have not responded yet.

If I could give them a negative star rating, I would.

Our Fracture "Happy Wall"
December 31, 2020

We loved working with Fracture to build what our daughter calls our "Happy Wall". It is a grouping of pictures of our kids and grandkids. It has been so hard this year not to see them. Now whenever, we go up and down the stairs we smile. The pictures turned out beautifully with crisp bright colors. We will be adding to the wall every year as our grandkid, kids and their families grow. We love our Happy Wall!

Could have gotten better picture from Wal-Mart
Or Adaroma! Beautiful hi def digital from photo-shop.
But faces in the fracture me print were washed out.

Just Because Gift.

I was always taken by the TV adds for Fracture so I decided to order my daughter and son-in-law a "Just Because" gift. The photo meant a lot to both of them so I wanted some way to keep it a forever memory. I send in my order to Fracture and was shocked how easy and accessible the web site was. I received the order in a very timely manner actually it was earlier than expected. It was packaged so nicely and safely. Gave it to my daughter and it took her breath away. Every time I go for a visit, I stand in front of the glass photo and say to myself this was a perfect gift.

A+ for this company. My package was delayed for several days when I decided to contact Fracture. They replied right away. Since my photo was still with UPS Adam contacted me and told me that they would send the order over again. Which they did and I was delighted with the photo.

They did a fantastic job on my pictures. I swear they tweaked them to look better than what I uploaded. The colors are truly more vibrant on the glass. I was impressed as to how well they packaged the pictures. Buy, you won't regret it.

I had several issues with my package and they refuse to call me back. They will not phone you and only handle thing via email. I just want to talk to someone and they refuse to response. The product is fine and the cost is ok, but their refusal to communicate has made me look elsewhere.

The pints I ordered absolutely looked terrible. Using a Sony a7iii and a file size of 14mb+ should have had beautiful pictures but the way the ink dots printed on the glass made the picture look like it was take with and old cell phone camera.

I've tried emailing twice and tried finding a number to call, but no response from either!
Buyer beware! Costco offers better metal prints than Fracture does on glass!

UPDATE: Received and e-mail from customer service this afternoon - Just want to get refunded my money. Changed them to a 2 star review.

I've also attached a close up of the picture and you can see the blur and ink dots. In Lightroom this picture is super crisp when zoomed in on the details!

Right out of the gate, this company isn't for me. As a photographer who actually takes the time to size digital masters to standard dimensions, the last thing I want in a print processor is non-standard sizes (sizes no one without brain damage ever heard of). I shouldn't be required to re-crop images, all over again, to accommodate the processor. And I'm certainly not going to allow the processor to crop my images, potentially destroying composition. Because these people aren't photographers. They're not even professional processors; they're idiots with a TV commercial and expensive equipment who figured a trend-bucking e-commerce sham was a great alternative to getting jobs in the real world. So, you idiots grow up and get real jobs and I'll get my images processed by professionals.

Photos on glass!

Just watching TV one night and up came an ad about photos on glass by Fractureme. I took the chance and placed an order with one of my trusted photos. The delivery was excellent and when I opened the package I was blown away by the outstanding product inside. The quality just amazed me so much that I definitely placed another order soon after. I just placed an additional order a couple days ago and look forward to stopping by Fractureme's operation to tell them personally how much I have been impressed by their products.

Friends and family that visit are equally impressed by the outstanding "photos on glass" concept. I have endorsed this company to them and recommend that they check it out for themselves.

POOR QUALITY

I wish I had noticed that on the actual FRACTURE site only GREAT reviews are listed... HMMM, and could not find a place to offer my review. Note to self: if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. I did find the site easy to use, and the product shipped quickly, but definitely NOT worth the $$$$! The reproduction of my photo quality was POOR at best.The colors were very muted. Nothing like they advertise. Interesting concept, but I am not impressed and would NEVER re-order, not even at 1/2 the price. :(

I received two gift certificates for my birthday and so I ordered 5 square photos of my collies and me at different times in my life... 2 photos were over 50 years old, and 2 were 2 years old and 1 was 9 years old. The quality is superb. I am so pleased to have these memories of all my collies throughout my life. Just wonderful, great value, fast shipping, and a terrific product.

GREAT Customer Service

We received this as a gift, and it was shattered. We reached out, and they immediately sent a new one, which was also broken (Ugh, our postal service must jump up & down on our packages). This time, the VERY helpful staff overnighted a new one-arrived the very next day, intact! (Hooray!). The finished product is beautiful and special. I cannot say enough about how helpful and kind the customer service staff is (thank you, Kemar!) - not only did they fix the problem, but did so efficiently and with kindness. Great company. Great product. Wonderful people. I would VERY MUCH recommend.
