Ordered some prints and they came and we loved them. I forgot to include a few we wanted for my son for his birthday so ordered those and the turn around was lightning fast and they got here in time for his birthday. Great job Fracture!
Sent a beautiful photo of Waimea Canyon. I chose the smallest to test the quality. Automatically a disclaimer popped up stating the photo was grainy and I should choose another size; however, the next two sizes were "unavailble"! I received the Glass Photo and the colors were very muted. Just got back from Walmart and had the same photo mounted and it looks beautiful, just like the original picture and at less than half the cost.
I just received my order and can't tell you enough how much I love it! I bought it as a Christmas present for my son and future daughter-in-law of their engagement picture! It is so beautifully done and I hope they love it as much as I do! Hope to do more business with you in the future! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

I want to let everyone out there know Fracture is the best! I ordered a Fracture of My Love who passed onto heaven in2018. I wasn't completely satisfied but Fracture made it right at no extra cost to me. That's Phenomenal especially in this day and age of the world. The replacement was Excellent. It almost looked real. It was done with thought and care. If you have a picture you love and want to keep forever get it Fractured you won't be sorry. Had a picture made up and ordered the stand with it. Unfortunatley, there was no stand with the delivery. So. I wrote and email and within a day I got a response along with an apology! I received my stand in 2 days! I have ordered at least 5 pictures and everyone that has received them LOVES them! I will NEVER go to a cvs for prints again! We are a fracture for life! I ordered a photo for my sister and somehow it was lost in the shipping. I emailed Adam at Fracture and he was AMAZING. Super helpful, friendly-- he redid my order and shipped it out in 24 hours! He emailed me continuously throughout to let me know every step that was being taken and let me know when it was shipped-- -then he asked to make sure it had arrived safely--- which it had. I ordered 2 pictures recently and paid extra to have them delivered by a certain time. UPS delivered and empty box that they placed in a bag on the other side of my gate and than noted their system that they delivered my package to my front door. I emailed fracture the next day and they immediately placed another order for me. They also reimbursed me my shipping. I didn't get my pics by the time I wanted them but they were beautiful and it means a lot that they didn't put me through the ringer to get them resent. THANK YOU FRACTURE.
I wanted a copy of an oil painting my father did in 1956. My nephew took a very good digital picture, and I ordered it from Fracture. It is exactly as I expected - just perfect! Yes, it is a copy of a painting on glass, a copy of something that looks identical to the actual painting. It is perfect. I would like to add that the shipping was extremely secure. I couldn't be more thrilled with my purchase!
I ordered a product from fracture. It came and was so beautifully done. At some point before I had the opportunity to hang it, I noticed the corner was chipped which it being glass was problematic. I receivedd an email asking what I thought about their product and I wrote a note to let the company know how disappointed I was that a chip was found. I received a brand new picture of what I had previously ordered without even asking for a replacement. They were amazing and it was so appreciated!
When I ordered my picture I mistakenly thought I ordered the stand with it. I called and spoke to Adam who showed me that I clearly did not order the frame. Not only did Adam go out of his way to get the frame shipped but he adjusted the cost of the the frame for me. The picture stands proudly in our bedroom. I would suggest that the picture be mounted on a more aesthetically pleasing backing. It appeared to simply be glued to a piece of corrugated cardboard with a very low end cut out for hanging. If it were not for the mounting method used I would have given it 5 stars. I would suggest investing in a better mounting method and avoid similar negative reviews.
Your product is terrific. I emailed a picture of my departed pet and it came back on time and looks just perfect. I have it hanging on the wall where people can see it as they come in to the living room. Most people comment on it. You can see the sparkle in my dog's eyes.
Great Customer service at Fracture. I was not happy with how my picture turned out, which was because of the poor composition of the picture I sent. Fracture was prompt to offer a full refund or replacement with a different picture. I chose the second option and am very happy with the results!
I ordered 5 pictures as a gift for my son and his fiancé. These were pictures of their trip to the Grand Canyon. I was not sure what to expect, well they are absolutely beautiful and they so love them. I highly recommend Fractureme. I can't wait to get pictures of my vacation made. I had a photo from my husband's Grandfather's cigar shop from 1918. I had three Fractures made I three sizes They are incredible! We couldn't be happier! I never expected they would come out as well as they did! Just beautiful!

This is my second order from this company that has gotton lost by the carrier. I yet again have to wait to find where the package is, and since there is no phone number I can not call them to see what they can do about it. You can email them only, butbit can take 24-48 hours to get a reply. I want my order that should have been here, not to sit around playing tag wasting more of my time. This company needs to shut down.
The print I sent was taken from my cell phone and what I received looked like a professional print. I will definitely order again from them. Also, I received my print sooner than I had anticipated and Fracture company me of its progress.
