I ordered one small print to just see how the picture would look on glass. Well the picture was fine just wished I had sent One with more color! BUT the picture is not on GLASS it sounds like plastic to me. Not to mention it looks like they just glued it in a pice if foam and sealed on a piece of plastic. I had recently seen some photos on vacation that were in glass! And they were beautiful... sooooo I will not be ordering again. I too could not find a way to leave a review in the website. So that tells me all the reviews are NOT true customers as far as the turn around I had mine in about a week! That's the only good thing about this whole ordeal!
I have ordered glass photos from three different places. FRACTURE is far and away the best quality AND the best value. On top of that their customer service is Nordstrom like. They treat me like a dear friend and not a customer. I can't recommend them strongly enough. FIVE STARS simply sent enough! BRAVO Fracture!
I received my glass print that I had ordered as a gift for my friend's birthday. I needed it to be cropped a little differently, but knew it probably would not return before the birthday.
Ellie Claire went above and beyond in helping me though I did not ask her to do so. I did tell her the special circumstances surrounding the gift.

We can't say enough about our 3 Photo order from Fracture. It was for a very special family event and was to be presented at a housewarming. Fracture did everything right but UPS kept losing it, saying it was delivered and it wasn't, then saying it was delivered to another address... it was a nightmare. I sent an email to Fracture just to let them know what happened... not really expecting them to be able correct a UPS issue. But they did! They sent a duplicate order next day air and it arrived just before the house warming was to start. It was stunning! The couple it was for immediately put out on display and all the guests loved them. The quality, workmanship, packaging, everything was the best... there is nothing that could have been improved on. Ordered before I read the reviews. What I received was unacceptable on every level. I downloaded a detailed, colorful, super sharp 22MB photo file taken from an 35mm SLR camera and received a grainy, blurry over enlarged photo mess pasted to the backside of what appears to be plexiglass. A mistake I will never make again!
My brother and sister in law recently lost their golden retriever and I uploaded Caleys photo. Was easy, and received the photo in the mail in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the photo and my brother and sister in law loved it. I will be ordering from your company in the future thank you Cindy C this was the picture I received in the mail. Minus the flash (that was from my camera)it was beautiful
I have ordered several prints from Fracture and they have provided the very BEST customer service that I have encountered on ANY web based company. Received my print and didn't notice it was cracked until after I had given it to my husband for his Birthday. We noticed the break on Sunday night at 9pm. I emailed customer service and received a response at 9:08pm, and I'm not referring to the computer generated one either. They then shipped out a replacement piece the very next morning.
I am in the customer service industry and have been for more than 40 years. How different things would be if every company treated their customers the way that they do at FRACTURE!
Only one word describes their work and customer service rating as INCREDIBLE, AWESOME OMG the product I ordered words cannot describe and pictures don't justify its amazing. I will use them again and again on all my special gifts and occasions.

My 14 year old cat just passed away. I sent my picture of him, and it came out PERFECT! Beautiful tribute. The lightning was VERY difficult to capture and it still came out perfect. I'd use fractureme for EVERY picture I want to make special. Also came on time, not damaged, clean, and in a basically indestructibly fit box. I'd put 10 stars if i could. Thank you FractureMe, for giving me a perfect glass, perfect colored wall piece of my cat. He's looking down loving it! THE BEST! Will use AGAIN and AGAIN!
We received our picture it was very dark and was cropped way smaller than needed to be I have reached out to their online customer service and I have received no replies I have sent several messages over the last two weeks with no replies I do not recommend.

The picture I ordered looks nothing like it did when I sumited! And there doesnt seem to be anyway to get ahold of them! The website just goes in circles! I Want to use the satisfaction warranty. Yeah right.
I was really excited to get my print but bummed out when it arrived. Everywhere on your site says it's GLASS. There is no way this is actually glass. I found on your ABOUT page that it is soda-lime glass. And after googling that I was satisfied it wouldn't be acrylic or plexiglass. I ordered the extra large and upon delivery I knew immediately something was off when the package was so light. This is definitely plexiglass or something close to it. It is weird that no other review I can find mentioned this. Did I just get screwed or is everyone else just satisfied with the fact it's not really glass?
Hey Johnson, believe it or not, all our prints are on 100% real glass, no plastic or acrylic whatsoever (and will break if mishandled!).

The pictures were awesome. I think the clarity of the pictures were better than the pictures I sent in. Words can't do the justice we are so pleased. These pictures are for a fundraiser for our church's homecoming it will be the114th homecoming. Thanks to everyone at Fracture.com
