I used to have my CDL and drive more local with an occasional cross country load. I wish I could have had folks as nice and willing to help answer questions for each load. You drivers know that usually each load is unique with all different kinds of instructions. When will I finish paying transfer co., when will he be picking up merchandise?,and when will he be delivering?
Only thing i really don't like is waiting on delivery date going on 24 hours now. I understand what the deal is but I've been on both sides of load board I know they have a truck scheduled by now.

Heard from the shipper once. Tried to call, but line was discontinued. Emailed several times but only received one reply back and that was "Is the shipment ready for pick-up or something to that effect". Shipping company's customer service is not up to par as far as I am concerned. Response from FR8Star was great. Spoke with a gentleman named "Joe" and was please with his service. Would use FR8Star again

This load had a very short deadline for pickup and was during a winter storm which made it even more difficult. FR8 was very helpful making calls to find someone to help me and at a very reasonable rate. Have used before and will use again. Great people.
