They took care of everything….pretty painless. The communication was good and the delivery was on time.
Core Logistic who carried my equipment was good with good communication. I tried to contact FR8Star during the process when I had a concern but received no call back at all. It seemed to me, once you paid FR8Star they were done. If I had it to do over again I would work with a logistics company on my own.
I don't like to give negative reviews but those are my current opinions.
Again Core Logistics is very much recommended.
Booking process was simple and easy. FR8star was very responsive and helpful. I was disappointed that I had to pay truck driver separately from broker. I did not appreciate having to make two transactions for a $1,500 shipment.
I booked with DAPA Freight 7 days later they still had no idea when it would be delivered. So another trucker happened to be in the area looking for a load back, he brought it back. But DAPA freight refused to give any of my down payment back. I would not recommend them to anyone and will not book with them again.
Great service from National Shipping Solution. Communication from both the company and the driver was fast and courteous, and my equipment was delivered to me not quite three business days after I accepted their bid--which was at least a day or two faster than I'd expected.

Everything went very well from submitting for bid to accepting to receiving the delivery. Communication with Ender at Global was very good. No issues at all. My only complaint is the difficulty communicating with the drivers, no english, What else is new, good drivers, helpful and appreciate the work. On that note I will not complain, more than I can say for the some. Were right on time. All good
Broker was very professional and communicated well. Pick up was fast and delivery was quick. No damage. Friendly driver was professional. Only wrinkle was that he showed up at my door at 7:00 AM. Would use this shipper again.
I had some trouble getting logged in at FR8Star [kept saying one of the fields was not completed]. But, I called, and from that point everything worked smooth as silk with FR8Star. It was quick and easy, no complaints. The good experience continued when connected with the trucking firm, Kirsch Transportation. I thought the rate was fair, and they got on it quickly. Lots of prompt & friendly emails; they even got it picked up and delivered a day sooner than promised.
