The shipping of my product from original site to Forward2me was perfect and the time frame of reshipping it was also very speedy. But I believe there was an intentional inflating of my reshipping options/cost. My item was 7x4x2 inches, I have no idea what the box size was the item was sent in from the company ( it was cologne so use your imagination) but the repacking was a complete travesty. I was sent a box that could have held 2 laptops filled with tons of packing peanuts and I was given one delivery company and price option, 3 day express which I would have gladly saved money by choosing a slower service. Forward2me charges a minimal cost to resend it but why it would want to not charge slightly more and give less money to the delivery company's like DHL is beyond me. The cost was almost the same as having it shipped from the company. I will endeavor to never use this service again if possible.
I never gave theme the permission to share my email with third parties. But I receive emails from Sitejabber which I never share my email with.

As per our terms of use section 7 we may share data with selected third parties. Forward2me send the review request email to you with the Site Jabber review link included. All customers who ship through our service will receive a review request from us to their registered email once a shipment has been confirmed as delivered by the courier tracking. The review email does not come from a third party company but by submitting a review from the link you would be entering into an agreement for us to process some of your personal data for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to receive any notification emails relating to our service, there is the option to select the 'Unsubscribe' at the bottom of any emails that we send to you and we can also arrange for feedback notifications to be switched off from your account if required. Please contact our Customer Experience team to request this in writing.

Seller seemes to made a mistake when the seller sent my purchased goods to forward2me, and once the package was shipped from forward2me to me, but the import inspection in my country determined that it was against the law and the package was sent back to forward2me's warehouse. Jane and Regilyn were kind, courteous and prompt in their response to this difficult issue, which resolved the problem. I am really grateful to them both.

I used forward2me to ship an item, however it was more expensive than the standard method of shipping without using forward2me.
It would appreciate to have brother option of shipping pricing.
Couldn't have asked for better service from UK.
Germany and USA warehouse and forwarding still needs much improvement.

I recently had a shipment where I received the wrong item. Thanks to a careful description by forward2me, and some thoughtful return to sender features, Forward2me made the return process painless, and forwarded the correct items as soon as they arrived. Much appreciated service.
None of the UK eBay sellers would ship to USA. So after some research, I decided to try Forward2Me. Not sure on the shipping and handling cost but wanted the parts anyway. So I added the provided UK address to eBay and purchased the items. Once the items arrived at Fordward2Me, it only took a few days for them to get the items shipped via UPS to the USA. Their pricing was fair and less than I thought it might be. However, I wasn't expecting to pay customs which I know if the government and not Forward2Me.
The customer communications via email was excellent too.
I would recommend Forward2Me to anyone needing that kind of service. Just know the shipping and the custom charges might be high.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for great customer service.
Their process is well thought out and has been integrated well into their website. My U. K. post address was clearly communicated and thus easy for me to understand, for foreigners located in other parts of the world, understanding another country's addresses isn't always straight forward, which could lead to other (shipping) problems when placing the order. The packed was received by them and forwarded to me within 24 hours. I received it within another 48 hours. Their price was fair. Shipping options were plentiful.
Other forwarders I used in the past were a nightmare and extremely expensive.
I wouldn't hesitate to user Forward2Me again or recommend their service to others.
Fast option to buy UK products in Canada. Note you'll have to pay the 20% VAT if you use their personal shopper service. Would be great if they could setup the personal shopper service with a Guernsey billing address.

We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied.
I can see that we had identified that the products within your package were classed as dangerous goods for shipping purposes.
The cologne would have required a repack service to ensure the goods were packaged into the required size box to comply with Dangerous goods regulations for shipping internationally and we are only accredited to ship dangerous goods with DHL or FedEx services for shipping. Your package was repacked for the DHL Express service because the additional dangerous good surcharge fee with DHL service is lees expensive than with FedEx. This is the reason why you would have only been able to view one courier service at shipping stage.
Unfortunately the dangerous goods packaging requirements and additional surcharge fees are not established by ourselves but by the accredited couriers who each have to abide by the rules and regulations set out by International Air Transport Association. Therefore there is no negotiation on the set packaging requirements or dangerous goods surcharge fees for shipments containing products such as cologne.
