I have been using the service for more than three years and they have the best customers service I have found and the most reliable shipment receiving system. Combine and repack has become expensive and the selection of courier has to be done before combine and select option is selected.
Very good my hats got to me in perfect condition. Only downside is how long it takes for items to arrive.
I had a couple of hats I ordered and they threw them in the smallest box possible damaging two of the hats I was able to fix them but still unacceptable considering that shipping was 46 bucks

I am sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with our services and that you have received some of your hats in poor condition to your address in USA.
All damage or loss claims must be notified to us via email as soon as the shipment has been received so we can request the relevant images and documents from you that are relating to the goods in the shipment, proceed to determine liability for the damage and ensure we are still within the stated timeframe to be able to submit a claim to the courier if needed. All damage claims must be notified by us to DHL in writing within 30 calendar days from the date DHL accepted the shipment, failing which no action for damages may be brought against DHL. I have checked the date that your shipment was dispatched from our UK warehouse up until the date of delivery and we should definitely still be within the 30 days timeframe to submit a damage claim with the courier for your shipment, if required, once we have further assessed the images of the damages to the packaging and to your goods.
I can see that you had already submitted a support ticket to us about this damage issue on Tuesday 27th September, one of my customer experience agents has already been in contact with you via email to request the required images and documents for a damage claim ready to escalate this issue to the DHL couriers if needed. We are still waiting for your reply.
If you could respond to the support ticket you already have open with my agent and we will ensure this issue is fully investigated and resolved for you as soon as possible.

I saved the tax, but due to a lack of shipment options, I paid very high shipping.

I can see that you have shipped from our Tax Free warehouse in Guernsey which does only currently offer the DHL Express service.
We do apologise for any inconveninece this may be causing our customers.
We are in the process of introducing an additional tracked courier service from our Tax Free warehouse to offer more flexibility to our customers who choose to use this warehouse for international shipping. Unfortunately we cannot yet confirm when the new courier services will be ready to go live from Guernsey but we will ensure all customers are notified as soon as we receive the green light.
Please be assured we are continuously working on sourcing more budget courier options for our customers and hope to have these additional services rolled out from all of our warehouse locations as soon as possible.

Any potential loss claims must be notified to us via email as soon as your shipment has been marked as delivered. This is so we can ensure we are still within the stated timeframe to be able to submit a claim to the courier if needed. I have checked our email history for your account and we don't appear to have received any emails from you or any reports of missing packages from this FedEx shipment until now. All loss investigations and claims have to be notified by us to FedEx in writing within 21 calendar days from the date FedEx accepted the shipment, failing which no action for damages may be brought against FedEx. I have checked the date that your shipment was dispatched from our UK warehouse up until the date of confirmed delivery and we should definitely still be within the 21 days timeframe to submit an investigation and loss claim with the courier for your shipment, if required, once we have further assessed the tracking history for your shipment.
I will ask for one of my customer experience agents to reach out to you via email and escalate this issue to the FedEx couriers as soon as possible.

We don't have the accreditation to carry out the customs clearance and calculate the duties for the goods in advance. Any duties and taxes owing for shipments upon import into the destination country would be the responsibility of the receiver to pay. If you are disputing the total duties and taxes that have been charged for your shipment, it is the responsibility of the receiver to contact the courier from the destination country to review the charges further. We are not responsible for the duty and tax rates that are applied for shipments and all duty and taxes rates do vary from country to country.

I'm a regular user of the platform and spend some good money there. Recently I haven't received my parcel and for 3 weeks the staff keep telling me they are chasing FedEx. This is not acceptable.

They received my package, then sent it to me in perfect condition, will use again.
Trying to make a purchase from a German eBay Seller, the seller did not ship to countries outside the EU because of nonEU buyers.
I found Forward2me through internet reviews. Forward2me provided me the opportunity to purchase an eBay item from Germany not available outside the EU. I was, furthermore, able to track the purchase from the Seller first through eBay and then through the shipper provided by Forward2me.
My experience with Foward2me It has been excellent. Customer service is first class always attentive to resolve or answer any questions you have. I'll keep doing business with them, for sure.

Order only took a few hours to be sorted after delivery service dropped off the package at their warehouse. Next day package was out and arrived after the weekend. Extremely pleased with the service.

Please note that you can always contact our customer service team to explore alternative shipping costs with different couriers.
Since you have multiple packages, it's best to combine them for better shipping rates. Your recent shipment with UPS had an actual weight of 3.00 kg but a volumetric weight of 7.39 kg. Shipping costs are based on volumetric weight, not actual weight on this occasion. If the packages weren't combined and repacked, your shipping costs would be higher based on the original boxes from the seller.
