I found forward2me online and decided to give it a shot as I was desperately needing to shop from some UK stores and have the items shipped to me in the US. This is now my 3rd time using them and I am delighted with the service they offer. From the invoice loading/processing to getting my shipment ready on the same day it was delivered to them, without forgetting the customer service chat through WhatsApp. Everything is first class and deserves the money being paid.
Once my order arrived at forward2me it was dispatched to me the following day. Was very pleased with the turn around, will definitely use this service again.
This was the first time I have shipped anything from the USA to the UK and the experience was very positive. When I had queries my customer service agent, Julie, was quick to reply with information and had taken the time to include screenshots of the website. I appreciated that, and it gave me confidence that my package was in safe hands with forward2me.
Just to note that USPS only provide tracking up to the moment they hand your package over to their own local delivery depot, but DHL, UPS and FedEx will provide tracking all the way to the forward2me facility.

Overall a great way to handle international mail. Sometimes prices vary and you end up paying more for the same kind of packages, but it is a way to shop in different markets.

Fantastic service! It does exactly what you expect it to do and the price is almost exactly that of the initial quote. I had a very particular problem that I needed to solve, the support from them (JANE in my case) was amazing and they helped me all the way through until it got solved. I wanted to order some vr hardware that was native to japan, the company in question did not ship outside of japan. Using this service I was able to order this unique vr hardware which arrived the same week I placed the order!
I highly recommend this service for anyone looking to purchase unique items from japan that cannot be shipped outside by the original sellers.
Forward2me provides a great service. When my parcel, that was incorrectly marked by the sender, got stuck in a UPS Polish customs warehouse Nica got on the case and kept me informed all the way. UPS are not easy to deal with but Nica put pressure on them to get my parcel moving again. I received it yesterday and feel that I have been served well. Thank you

We used Forward2me to ship some items to Greece. Initially all was good, order got to them, they repackaged it, but the repackaging could not complete until costs were added. It was not clear if it was cost of package or cost of individual items. As it turns out I doubled the value of the good shipped by assuming it was per package I think,
Shipping costs calculator said the max cost would be Ā£200with UPS so we selected that. The cost of shipping was Ā£842 š³. But once selected I could not change it.
Customs and duties are neither included or taken care of so we then had 2 weeks of trying to negotiate Greek customs to get our packages. All in all a massive headache and a really expensive one too.
Will be unlikely to use again.

We believe that you have shipped some duvet products from John Lewis. The actual weight of the goods is 72.82 kg. Due to them being divided among multiple boxes, we suggest combining and repacking them to reduce the number of boxes used, this why your packaga are marked as repacking required.
Every customer has the option to override this repack required tag if they prefer not to proceed with the repacking request.
When submitting a repack request, you receive an estimated price range based on the current weight and dimensions of the package. The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.
I see on this occasion the volumetric weight is higher than the actual weight 72.82 kg so the shipping fees are calculated on the higher volumetric weight 135.63 kg.

Got a delivery from UK to Germany. Fast delivery and nothing was damaged. Ordering, repackaging, etc. was easy and worked. I didnĀ“t really know if repackaging would save me money due to the description on the forward2me website. Did it anyways. I had to pay a lot of Taxes when my Package crossed European borders. Thats what i didnt like. It was imported through the Netherlands and the people there actually took the time to correct my low evaluation for my imported products. So i payed double the amount of taxes i had estimated. Not the fault of forward2me. They could however give the option for me to import through Germany. Pretty sure they would not have corrected my evalutions. Overall very good service provided by Forward2me.
