The item I wanted was out of stock. I contacted the company asking when it would be back in stock. Not only did I receive a quick email stating when they thought the item would be available the actual item was back 2 weeks earlier than expected. I ordered it and received the item within days of placing my order. I wish more companies were like this. Bravo for their customer support, fast shipping and a well made product!

I was very pleased with the product and service, but had to pay quite a bit of shipping on a very light product. When I opened the box there was a very large, heavy, catalog I did not order. Did I pay for the shipping for that catalog? That is not right.

Everything is easy to find, either by name or ID number. My professor gave me a lengthy itemized list and I was able to seek out and order the items in under 10 minutes!
Are the items in stock? Most items were in stock. Back order time was short.
The slide hammer head chipped in 2 places on it's first use. Previous heads have lasted decades. Please investigate if AMS has rec'd complaints on these recently. Could we please have a replacement? We will return the defective one to you.
