Thank you for your interest in Footwear etc. Our headquarters is located in California, and we're now celebrating over 30 years of great customer service. We're a family run business, which started as one store, but has grown to 11 locations along with our online store. Simply stated, we're old fashioned when it comes to the way we treat our customers. We pride ourselves on making people happy.
Why should you shop with us? In addition to our great customer service, we carry what we feel are the best products in footwear today. If it's uncomfortable, we simply don't sell it. You'll also talk to real people when you call in. Each staff member is trained, friendly and solution-oriented. In addition to comfort, we focus on remedying common problems in the feet and legs. Additionally, we never stop searching for the most comfortable and fashionable footwear from around the world -- so you don't have to! For example, we get new shipments in every week from Arcopedico, Taos, and Ziera and we explore the latest, greatest brands such as Hoka One One. Plus, our wide assortments of styles from brands like Dansko, Naot, Clarks, New Balance, Mephisto, and Birkenstock are often better than what even the original manufacturer sites has to offer. For these (and many more) reasons, we've managed to make hundreds of thousands of feet... happy feet!

Easy to order on line & item arrived within a few days. When I needed to exchange the item and decided to do so at the store, they were helpful in reserving a replacement. At the store, the sales people were extremely nice and helpful. I ended up returning rather than exchanging the original item & bought something else entirely. Went to San Mateo store which has nice selection of clothing labels, such as Habitat, which I like very much.
I like these shoes because they come in wide widths with lots of room for toes.

They looked white/white under fluorescent light but once i wore them outside they were def not white. I wish i could return these or exchange these but since they are non-returnable after wear I can't. So expensive and they can't even get the color right

The women's Clifton 10 is a comfortable sneaker. Seems to have a good quality. I just got it. Ask me about a feedback a year from now and I can give you a more accurate feedback.
