I was so scared to buy here after I saw all the reviews here. I do believe the others are honest about their experience with FootAction. But when i saw an Adidas backpack with great discount offered from this website and free shipping with their FootLocker FLX membership (and no discount from all the other places by Google), I just could not hold back to not buy it. So, I said whatever. If it had turned out to be something bad, I could accept the consequences without listening. But it came out to be very good experience. Maybe it is due to the fact that FoorAction belongs to FootLocker(I bought shoes many times in-stores) now. They shipped the package pretty fast in a day (received in 3 busness days) and the bag I received is brand-new. And the receipt is all included in the box and looks professional. I see no difference from directly buying things from Nike or Adidas.
I see there are many people who have bad time with this dealer and totally understand a nightmarish shipping experience could ruin anyone's good day. Hopefully, after the combination with FootLocker, you guys will step into a new era of better business. I would like to visit your local stores again after the pandemic.

Hi guys, is there any way I can give them - negative 100 stars coz they really suck. I ordered a pair of Mens sandal size 8. The sandal was damaged, so I take a picture and asked for the exchange. Instead of exchanging they send me the amount which I wasn't charge and when I am reading the company policy it says $ 6.99 will be deducted for shipping fees. They send damaged pair and instead of exchanging they are putting money in my CC card that's some big b#ll SH#T. These guys should drag to the court for doing this type of work. Not happy with you guys' shame on you.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE YOUR ITEMS AND WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY WILL TELL YOU THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT YOU JUST HAVE TO WAIT AND WILL ONLY REFUND YOU HALF OF YOUR SHIPPING.
I ordered champion slippers on 11/25 (thanksgiving) i was told i'll get my package within 5-6 business days. The next day i got an email that my order was on the way! I was sooo scared because i ordered from here then i read the reviews and they were SO bad but there was nothing i could do but to hope and pray i get my shoes. I got my shoes today! (11/27) it took 2/12 days! I'm beyond glad i got my shoes not only that but i got them days before i was told! Thanks footaction! I'm not sure what happened to everyone else but i had a perfect experience.
Footaction in mall of America In Minnesota literally has the worst customer service in the entire mall. I literally had to walk across the store to ask a guy if he had a certain size shoe. He replied in a rude way. When I picked another shoe and walked across the store to ask him if he had a certain size, I had to wait for him to stop telling his co worker a story before he walked in the back and told me they had literally no sizes in that particular shoe. Meaning that the shoe on display was literally the only shoe they had. When I walked in the employees were acting like clowns more interested in socializing with each other instead of doing they're job. It was literally the most embarrassing form of customer service I have ever witnessed. I get better customer service at Burger King. After another customer saw the way he acted he literally walked out with me. My question is whose the manager at that store because you are not good at your job. Saying your terrible at your job is an understatement. If there was a option to give this store no stars I would have pressed it because giving this store 1 star doesn't tell you how bad it really is.
The shoes I tried to buy had a time limit of 5 minutes, as soon as I tried to checkout, the page began endlessly loading. It never loaded but the timer continued in the background. Footlocker uses the same timer but of course, their page loads. I was able to buy the shoes there where all the sizes were fully stocked. Spend your money elsewhere, saves time and frustration drastically.
They are a joke I've never had so many problems ordering stuff from them in my life I will never order anything from them ever again save your money and aggravation i wish I could give them a negative star cause it would be 5 stars down
Honestly I've always liked visiting a Footaction store, but the app is trash. Tried to days back to back numerous times to buy several shirts online, the cart keeps emptying its self or signing me out of the app. I was so annoyed I deleted the app and will not buy online through them again
I had a terrible experience 2x with the Footaction in South Dekalb mall in Decatur, Ga! Yesterday (6-2-2021) & 4 mos & I will NEVER EVER shop there again! The supervisors are never about the customer but their employees & that's why the pattern of behavior never changes. Ghetto & rude & unprofessional behavior. Another thing, they are not on the same pg. One said one thing & the other said something else. So unorganized. It should have just been a simple exchange but they made it so difficult. I called in advanced, ask if they had the shoe at 3:40pm called back at 4:40pm to ask what time the shoe closed, they said 7pm. I get there at 6:45pm for the exchange, I'm told the store was closed & registers were shut down. One girl advised the other one to let me in & the girl goes off on her, rolling her eyes right in front of me & get behind the counter with an attitude. Talk to the supervisor & all she kept comfirning was what time the store closed & who advised me they closed at 6:45pm. I had to tell her what she should do to correct the rudeness & trained the young lady right. The whole time the shoes where behind the counter waiting on me. I asked 3x could I have the shoes, it took 20 min for them to give them to me with 3 ppl were standing behind the counter. Just pathetic. I won't even elaborate on the 1st experience. But the supervisor stated their store was rated #1 in customer service. Whatever
I was so scared to buy shoes from here, but i'm so glad i did. I got the nike mid 77 blazers and amazing! They fit perfectly, not used, great condition, and exactly what i ordered! NOT TO MENTION they came a week early so i was so happy for that. I will probably be buy shoes from here again. We had absolutely no problems at all and i got updates on my email and exactly when it came and i couldn't be happier with my purchase!
Ordered running shoes from Footaction. Shipping time was not too long, but when the box arrived, there were a pair of shoes that were clearly worn in the box. They had a scuff on the toe box, the corners of the toe box was creased and there was dirt on the undeside of the soles. I will be returning the shoes for a refund and will never order from them again.
I ordered one pair of sneakers in early December. According to footaction's website they were supposed to be delivered over a month ago (3-5 business days). Everytime I check the delivery status of the shoes on their website footaction says its gonna take 3 more days than it did when I checked the time before. I signed up for text updates and got nothing. And I tried to use the USPS tracking number they provided on the USPS website and it said that tracking number didn't exist. It's currently January 24th and still nothing. It's a scam and they won't give me my money back.
I ordered a pair of Toddler Retro 11 on December 12,2020. On December 14,2020 I get a email stating that Delivery Is Taking Longer Than Expected, don't worry you'll still get order. In between that time there was no notification that my toddler shoes were on it's way until December 17,2020 and it said your order has arrived. I got up to go look outside my door there wasn't nothing from Footaction UPS never delivered them, I checked with my neighbors they didn't have my package so I called footaction immediately and explained to them what happened and they said they were to email they investigation department and get back with. On December 23,2020 I got a email from a prepaidandclaims stating that my claims was denied and No Explanation on how they came up with that conclusion. I have called them & emailed them and no one has respond to neither email nor call. It's now January 5,2021 I don't have my package and they're refusing to refund my money back. This was a horrible experience and a nightmare, I don't think I could ever order from them again..
I ordered a new release sneaker in a size 8 expedited the shipping for a total of $235.00. They sent me a size 13! I called customer service and they declined to refund the shipping and could not replace the shoe as it was sold out. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my husband from our kids. Needless to say I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! PISSED!
The absolutely worse company I have ever ordered from! Do not I repeat do not order from them! 5 weeks no shoes no call no shipping info... 1 hour and 25 minutes on phone to get a refund...
3 times I've ordered from here, 3 times I've waited 5 days for my order to ship, only to receive an email saying my order can't be fulfilled and I had to wait another 5 business days to get my money back
Neither their customer service phone numbers work. I called the Domestic and got a busy signal. Additionally, I ordered two pairs of the same shoes because I liked to have a back up pair and only received one pair. I only received one pair! And that pair was two big! There was no option using their ReadyReturn service to get refunded for the pair I never received while simultaneously exchanging for a smaller pair. Completely cruddy customer service portal. I will not be ordering/purchasing from Footaction EVER again!
They came in 9 days and were in perfect condition! The reviews made me nervous but it was great! No issues.
We were charged and sent our sandals right away. However, one shoe in the pair was missing and it took the company over six weeks to send me a return label and communicate with me. After requesting a refund, the company sent another pair of shoes and charged me for those. I will not be ordering from them again.
I purchased 2 pairs of Timberland 6" wheat boots. One in a toddler size 8 and another in a toddler size 11. The size 11 pair look brand new. The size 8 on the other hand were definitely worn. They were laced loosely in a bow. Brand new Timberlands are laced tightly. The worst part is that one boot has candy stuck to the bottom. How could a return like this even be accepted by Footaction and then be sent out to customers? I called customer service and was on hold for almost an hour before speaking to someone. No apologies. I was told I would be emailed a return label and that was that.
