Advertising Jorden Retro 3 Mocha on the front page of their site for $112 plus free shipping with code CYBER25 and when you go to pay they flash a (doesn't apply message) tried to talk to one of their costumer service members that is entirely comprised of workers in India that I can't understand!

I ordered a pair of OG adidas sambas on Friday 11/8 435pm online. I noticed on Monday 11/11 ups link just said label created but not shipped. I research the Footaction company and saw all bad reviews and I was not happy. But I was like don't freak out and 11/11 is veterans day and I ordered late on Friday... any way I got the package on Tuesday 11/12 at 2pm which was less then 4 days and Im happy with the product. Its a legit and real and my experience was fine.

I looked at the reviews and realized this website is complete garbage.

NEVER order anything online! It cancels the order and my money never came back! Pathetic and stupid customer service. I KNEW I SHOULD'VE CHECKED THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING ONLINE THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM

Poor customer service

I placed an order for a pair of Puma Rs-x for a bday gift, while the money was taken out of my account its been 7 days now and i still have no tracking of my package and its a power struggle between whose fault it is. UPS is blaming footaction and footaction is blaming UPS.
This is the worse ordering ever, i will not be shopping here again

This place is everything that you are reading in the reviews. I ordered shoes from Footaction online because everyone was sold out in the size that I need. I never received an email confirmation. Nothing. I check my bank account and was charged. I called and was on hold for 1 hour and 41 minutes before I got a representative who clearly didn't know what was going on... Fast forward 30 minutes later and a supervisor, they hung up on me. I call the next morning and got an improved hold time of 59 minutes, still no real answers AND I paid for expedited shipping. I have never and I mean never had service this bad! RUN!

Horrible online!

Never order online at foot action! Ordered 2 pair of shoes waited about 5 days to get shipping confirmation for 1 pair, called customer service which took days to get through, he insured me that no issues were wrong with my order and nothing would be cancelled! After checking online today my order had been cancelled with them not even letting me know! I will never order from here again, because now i have someone upset weeks before christmas because their shoes were cancelled and there's no way for me to get the same shoes! It is horrible.

Horrible online ordering

I bought yeezys 350 brand new from the most recent drop the day of the drop. Filled my cart checked out and got a "your order has been placed" screen. Okay cool, until the time comes when the shoes should be here expected next Thursday. As im waiting for my shoe I check my email and little to my surprise the order has not been placed, I haven't got a email to let me know they cant fulfill my order. Nothing letting me know the shoes i went online fro and paid shipping for did not ship, or did not place my order. Got my order number and everything but it leads no where and the only thing i bought on black friday didn't even ship. Don't ever order your shoes offline.

Don't Do ItBuyer Beware

First time buying from Foot Action online and it has been such a bad experience I felt it's only fair to warn people of what they can expect. First, they sent the wrong shoe. No way an employee paying half attention to what they're doing would ever mistake my shoe for what they sent. Went online to try to resolve it quickly and of course Live Chat is not working. So I called their CS line to get it swapped and waited on hold for over 20 minutes (without the courtesy of a countdown or callback option that every legit company has had since 1995.) Then, the girl wanted me to "call back another time" because their system was down and she couldn't process the return. They wanted me to drive over an hour to return the shoes to the store where it shipped from! I said no way, I'll wait right here til your system is back online. She wanted to put me on hold. What? To answer other calls of people you can't actually help? I asked for a shipping label to be sent because I live in the year 2018 and we have no printers in this new era. Nope, they won't mail a label. I gave up and called the next day. Waited 36 "just-a-moment-longer" minutes for the call to get picked up. The employee then put me on hold for another 40 minutes (yes FORTY) while he "called the store." Seriously, over 40 minutes on hold. This employee of the year never even picked back up to ask me to wait longer or give any information. Guess what? Still not resolved. It's pretty obvious from this clunky experience that customers are the rock bottom of the priority list for this brand. Stores that don't ship the right shoe, apathetic employees, and a customer service system I have a hunch was designed by a sadist. Next time I'm tempted to buy from Foot Action I'll just call up, give them my credit card, and authorize a random $100 charge. At least that way I'll know up front not to expect anything and I can skip the 3+ hours wasted trying to iron out their mistakes. Want to place bets that Foot Action will fight a charge back? Try me, Foot Action, try me.

These thugs never pick their calls up because they know they don't have their customer's $#*! ready, I wonder why they are allowed to operate because they fraudsters you pay the price of a new shoe for re-used ones. Has anyone ever sued them? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS LOUSY COMPANY!

I ORDERED 2 PAIR OF SHOES NIKE AIR UPTEMPO AND JORDAN RETRO'5 BOTH IN A 4 1/2 IN YOUTH BOYS. CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE WHO ARE IN WISCONSIN HAD NOTHING TO OFFER ME FOR THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (LACK THERE OF) AND SCREW UP THEY MADE BUT A 10$ GIFT CARD AND A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. WHICH HAS COME TO MY EMAIL BUT IS FROM FOOTLOCKER.COM??!!!!! WHOM I DID NOT ORDER FROM! AND SAID ITS NOT THEIR FAULT BECAUSE IT SHIPPED FROM A STORE LOCATION. EXCUSE ME? AFTER 5 PHONE CALLS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE TELLS ME THEY DO NOT HAVE "SUPERVISORS" AN AGENT TOLD ME THEY WILL REIMBURSE MY MONEY TO MY CREDIT CARD AT THAT VERY MOMENT BUT SHE COULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A CONFIRMATION NUMBER FOR THE "REIMBURSEMENT" REALLY? WHAT LEGIT BUSINESS CANNOT PRODUCE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER FOR YOUR REFUND BUT THEY CAN PRODUCE ONE FOR YOUR SPENT HARD EARNED MONEY? I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN AND I WILL BE TRYING MY BEST TO NOTIFY MICHAEL JORDANS TEAM TO LET THEM KNOW HOW THEY HANDLE CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASE HIS SHOES. BUT I CALLED TO INFORM THEM THE SHIPPING LABEL I RECIEVED WAS FROM FOOT LOCKER AND DOES THAT MEAN I COULD TAKE THE SHOE BACK TO THEM AND EXCHANGE THEM FOR A CHILD SIZE 4.5 SO MY BABIES CAN HAVE SCHOOL SHOES FOR THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL. THEY SAID THEY ARE SISTER COMPANIES WITH THEM BUT ONLY FOR SHIPPING LABELS? DOES NOT MAKE SENSE I WILL BE SUING THIS CORPORATION.

Am waiting over two weeks for shoes to be shipped. They tell you they are available then do not ship them. I've spoke to customer service multiple times each time I've been told they shipped when in reality they never shipped. This company does not care if they take customers money lie to them and not send merchandise in a timely manor.

We have had an issue with a particular store now on multiple occasions. I was given the CS Hotline. Every time I have called it is busy so I get the recorded answer and then leave a message - the promise is to get back to me 'by the end of next day' - firstly, seriously 36 hour response time in 2017. Well it is now 72 hours and counting and not a peep. So both in store and at corporate I see the standard of customer service is pitiful at best

I will NEVER order from this website again. Ordered some shoes for my Son & they were dirty. Clearly looked like it had been worn. Then they didn't give me a return label I would have to go to the library and get one printed. I have to go out my way. Such a disappointment. I now will read reviews on websites before ordering thanks to Footaction.

Ordered the space jams for my girlfriend as a gift. I payed for extra shipping which should have taken 3-4 business days instead took 5 days and when I emailed them, I only received $5.99 back which was less than half. Second of all when I finally received the shoes, they came dirty. There is weird spots on the leather, the mesh had dirty spots and finally the part which made me upset the most is that the shoes have a big crack starting from the mid sole going all the way through the leather. Unsatified customer, never buying shoes online from Footaction again!

No Christmas gift

My husband ordered the Men Jordan Retro 11s online on the release date, 12/10/16. Everything went through, he got confirmation via email that the order was received and he would get an email for when they would be shipped. He called the 1800 #for footaction today, just to see when the order would get shipped because he did not receive an email. The rep told him the order was cancelled! We never got an email indicating that the order was cancelled. The reason they gave us for the cancellation was that the card used was not verified. We called the credit card company and they told my husband that not only was the card verified but approved. Now the item that was supposed to be a Christmas gift for our son, we cannot get! Also we would have been waiting for a delivery that was NEVER GOING TO BE DELIVERED! Disappointed! We liked shopping at footaction but now I will make sure I will let people know not to shop online, because they couldn't do anything to rectify the problem.
Angry customer!

Terrible

I ordered a pair Jordan 4 Ginger shoes and I got an email saying it was confirmed 4 days later I went to the site to check the tracking and they said my order was cancelled no one can tell me why it was cancelled I called my credit card and they said that they took the money so I know it wasn't a problem.the shoes sold out in a few hours of release so more than likely an employer cancelled my order to make a pair avaliable for someone. I never got a phone call or email saying my order was cancelled! And if there was a problem with my card which it wasnt, why did you pull the money off my credit card? Terrible service! And there saying there's nothing they can do and can't tell me what happened.

I wouldn't recommend this shoe store they horrible service order my shoes almost two weeks ago still have not received them yet also never got my tracking order emails even tho I called for them 3 times to send it not to mentione I spend $200 with this company when called the last time one of the shoes was out of stock n no one informed me

CUSTOMER SERVICE is TERRIBLE. I was on the line waiting to get help for 30 minutes, when they finally answered they were not very helpful, grumpy, and seemed like they just woke up.
