I ordered shoes from here and added the 2 days shipping for them (22$) to just come 5 days Later so why even put that there if you guys don't even make it happen I think that's fraud and messed up not buying shoes from you guys again. My point is now I have to go to a gathering with messed up shoes thanks foot action

Ordered a few items out of which one still had the security alarm tag on the sleeve. After waiting for response from customer service for over a week, they told me to take it to the closest shop, during COVID, over 1 hour away to remove the tag.
Very unsatisfied with this inconvenience

I ordered two pairs of shoes. One pair was $40 the other was $200. Guess what pair was not in package, the expensive ones. They have a non working cs phone number, do not reply to emails and their physical stores will tell you they are not affiliated with the online store. Call your bank or cc company and dispute the transaction. Don't let yourself get robbed by these bastards.

Horrible!

I received my shipment today with a box that was already open. When I opened the sneaker box, 1 show was missing in the girls Aj1 mid school. I happen to see the ups driver and sent my shipment back. The other show for boys was good. Just missing the girls. As I said I gave the ups driver the sneaker back so it can be sent back. After multiple attempts Footaction finally got back at me and basically said " Not our problem". You guys are a freaking joke! Are you serious? So basically u guys took my money? You did not send me what I payed for and now I'm the one who suffers for it? I am a my choice customers but I live in a 10 story building and every time ups leaves a package at my door (which usually goes missing because I live in the Bronx) I always get my money back no questions ask. This is unbelievable! Enjoy my $90 bucks I will be sure to let everyone know how you guys stole my money!
Thank you for nothing!

I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping... then I received an email thanking me for my order... two weeks later after no tracking number I called and there was a recording that said I had to email them so I sent an email asking about a tracking number. Three days later I received an email with a tracking number. I checked the tracking number for 12 days and UPS stated waiting on package to arrive at UPS... checked UPS 4 days later... and to my surprise they canceled my order... so I called PayPal and started a dispute to get my money back... when I emailed the company they sent me a fake traking number. Nothing about canceling the order. This company does not communicate at all. At least I have paypal so I can get my money backbac

I ordered shoes on 6/9/20. Received a confirmation email. My card was charged. I received an email on 6/11/20 stating that my purchase was delivered and it had a UPS Tracking Number. It is 6/20/20 and I am pissed because those shoes were for my Dad for Father's Day! Still no shoes, I have emailed 3 times with no response, there is no number to call. FootAction is full of crap. Reporting them to BBB.

Fraudulent Company!

Order has not yet arrived have been calling and emailing the company without a response. Company was quick to change my card and take my money. I've been following up with the bogus tracking number provided and currently shows it's in transit and Estimate delivery date disappeared.

Footaction has the WORST customer service. I have email they 5 times about an order that I needed to be canceled on the same day the order was make. Literally 4 hrs after the order was made they NEVER responded to me. Instead they keep sending this bull$#*! regenerated email. I will NEVER order from this place ever again. First time and LAST.

Made two large orders for shoe that never shipped. Finally after a week they send bogus tracking numbers which show the packages were NEVER turned over to UPS. Calling them is a joke as a they a recorded message making an excuse why there's no live agent to speak to. E-mailing them is like trying e-mail the POTUS, you can forget it... they ignore your e-mails. It's amazing how quickly they charged my card and stole my money but never sent a thing and they quickly become inaccessible.

Okay i ordered May 8 free shipping 5-6 days cool May 15th i get a email saying "get ready your Footaction order is on the way" but it had no tracking # it had me click the "track your package" and it took me to lady footlocker with no details. This been like this since May 15th their not answering the phone nor my emails i am beyond pissed because it cleared out of my account I'll never order from them again.

I would give them negative stars if I could. Ordered my damn shoes to finally have en email stating "Good News" your package is on it's way. Here is the tracking#. I clicked and I been having the same automatic response message "Your tracking information will be available once carrier provides information." Then the damn tracking # just disappeared. I called a hundred times and mfs say they are only communicating through email. I sent 10 emails with no response! PISSED!

I ordered one pair of sandals from footaction over 8 days ago and for about 5 days all it said was "label was made" when I put the tracking number in. I called customer service yesterday waited 45 mins just to be hung up on after I gave my order number to the agent. I called back waited another 45 mins for someone to answer they told me it was shipping today. Finally. Finally at like 2 am I got a notification about it going out. If I had not of called god knows when it would have been shipped. Now I have to wait another 4 days the agent said. He said it's 4-5 days from when it is shipped out not when you place the order. Horrible seriously. Also both customer service agents were so rude to me. I didn't yell or talk sternly they just weren't nice at all. I will probably never get anything from foot action again. Honestly I wanted to give them zero stars but you can't you have to pick at least one.

Ordered the new Rasta 4s on the release date literally at 9:01am on April 16th. I received an order confirmation to my email. Days go by and still no shipping information and my order has only been processing! I call customer service one time and mind you the wait time is 45min or longer! When I finally get a representative she has no idea was going on with my order. I give it another few days and still nothing! I call back and another 45 mins to an hour wait. Representative answered, didn't know anything about my order and then proceeded to hang up in my face because he didn't have the information I needed. After a week of waiting, I finally receive an email saying my order was canceled because they are out of stock. Mind you again, the website still say they have the product and they simply didn't want to fulfill my order due to laziness. Once my ordered was canceled, I received my refund the next day because the charge was still pending in my account for a week! I wish I would of read the reviews first! Seriously don't order from here under any circumstances. I most definitely prefer ChampsSports or Nike or Finishline. They always ship my order out hours after I receive an order confirmation! Footaction online should but shut down.

The worse communication ever. Quick to take your money and having you wait 7to10 days for your product. Unfortunately the shoes didnt fit proper so I returned them. And I've been trying to contact customer service on gold twice for 40 minutes or longer. It's been a week and still haven't returned my money to my credit card.
B. S if you ask me. I'll forewarn other to stay clear of this place

I purchased the Pine green 1s the same day they came out, as a sneaker fan i was very excited that i was able to get them. Today footaction contacts me through email saying that the order has been cancelled. Apparently they do not delivery to my building in Manhattan, the lower east side because a lot of packages have been lost or stolen in the past. After waking up extremely early to buy the sneakers, i am told that the order is cancelled because of my building. This is absolutely unbelievable and nobody Should have to go through this. There are multiple buildings that have numerous apartments, theft can happen anywhere.

Absolutely terrible! They take your money for shoes they dont have in stock. Every other reputable company posts if they are out of stock. Not Footaction. They took $127 out of my account for shoes i orderes only to send me an email 3 days later saying they are on back order and will not arrive till after Christmas. Now two days later they send me an email that my order has been cancelled due to product not in stock. But guess what?! Yes they still have my money! The only gift i was getting for my daughter cause i cant afford a whole bunch and these guys just took it! I'll never buy from this place again.

BEWARE! Worst Experience

Ordered a pair of shoes for my son for christmas and was never notified they are out of stock until I called nearly a week later! But have yet to receive a refund a week later! All I was told was "oh I dont know why the system didnt notify you". Really?! My refund better be there tomorrow! It's been a week, no excuse! Customer service is very incompetent! BEWARE! Spend your money else where! Very disappointed as I've been waiting and thinking they will arrive anytime now! They'll take your money but wont put any effort into helping or notifying you!
