When I was building the Dallas Cowbows team logo (as you can see there) when I wasted 1 hour of build time, I just figured out that I was missing 12 of the 2x6 plate and I got so $#*!ing pissed off about it, I sold it to someone so good luck on that. Plus they don't even show the plates at the front page either and the instructions say that they DO have plates in page 15, it's so stupid on how i wasted money on this, I got my money back (kinda) and I hope to never use Foco ever again, it's like an off-brand of LEGO. I prefer using LEGO, other than Foc-off, such an embarrassment on how good money I spent on this while I was missing 12 $#*!ing plates. Plus I was building it today and guess what. Bought it 2 and a half years ago and built it today and sold it to some guy. Waste of money like what I said. It's a waste of money so I prefer to not buy this, and again, I will never buy or use Foco again.
Absolutely the worst company I've dealt with in years. Took order then said they made mistake refunded my money … I ordered something else and still haven't received 5 weeks of bs excuses. STAY AWAY

I decided to purchase the Dodger World Series Bobblehead after the Dodgers won the World Series. I was very excited to receive this as it was going to be a Christmas gift for my son a big fan. I ordered a Mookie Betts Bobblehead and was told there is a 2 month lead time and that it was going to be received on or before the 2nd week of December. When I finally received it I opened the box and I saw that Mookie Betts was not the bobblehead they sent me which I ordered... instead I received Cory Seager how they could make a mistake like that when they do not resemble each other is besides me. I sent their Customer Service 3 emails telling them to please help me and send the correct bobblehead. I called them left messages however it doesn't seem like anyone works at their corporate office in New Jersey as it took days to get a response and when I did all they said is I am sorry and I will send you a label and please bring this one to the Post Office so we can receive that and will we then send you the one you ordered. Not likely. On top of all this inconvenience they expect me to go to the USPS office in the middle of the pandemic at the height of this virus and the Christmas holidays an stand in a line with numerous people. I don't think so! I lost all faith in their ability to send me what I ordered and said when I receive the correct one I ordered (cost $60) I will send it back after they have UPS or FedEx pick up the incorrect one they sent me. FOCO showed no concern for their customers. Very disappointing.
I'm actually surprised that there aren't more negative reviews on this site yet about Foco. You already see a ton of scam warnings on here about Fullerspace (another vendor who promotes facemasks and other COVID-19 prevention gear like Foco).
Over two months ago, I saw Foco's Instagram ads about gaiters that have the logos & colors of your favorite college & pro sports teams; these were promised for delivery by May. By mid-May, I had contacted Foco to follow-up on the delayed status, and they gave a vague response--and have not responded or given me any updates since. And if you go onto their Facebook page, you'll see hundreds of complaints from consumers like me who have been scammed by Foco taking our money, failing to deliver, and being totally unresponsive (except for form letter responses citing delays). Companies like Foco should not be allowed to peddle or promote products that they don't actually have!
Online, other consumers have said that Foco is just another one of those scammers out of China.
I ordered my dad a father's day gift from FOCO.com and my order arrived a day early and the product was worth the price. Thank you FOCO!
Wir haben zwei bubble heads bestellt, einer wurde falsch geliefert. Per Mail haben wir dies mitgeteilt. In der Zwischenzeit habe ich den falsch gelieferten nochmals bestellt (ich war zu dieser Zeit in USA im Urlaub und wollte das gelieferte mit nach Hause nehmen). Prompt kam 3 Tage später die richtige Lieferung an. Das zuviel bezahlte Geld incl. Porto wurde ebenfalls prompt binnen 2 Tagen rücküberwiesen. Top Abwicklung.
