My order is already late for a week from the expected date given for the delivery.
The one which has delivered is partly missing my table top quote is not delivered yet which u guys are showing in app is delivered (May i ask to whom you've delivered bcoz the concern person haven't received it yet).

Everyone please do not do business with ferns and petal they are very unprofessional and misleading. They not only did ship my mother's day gift on time... if they don't have something in stock they will take it upon themselves to replace it without your consent... and the shipping takes a week... it is not delivered on the promised date. Fake good reviews posted by themselves to create a business. It will show you ready for delivery but will not deliver and the number online will not be connected after you place an order- you just have to email them and wait for there email after a delay in delivery stating SORRY FOR DELAY DUE TO COVID_19. When you know you will not be able to deliver then why you show online the same and took payment - I THINK TO EARN INTEREST - I want compensation for spoiling my occasion - or else I will answer to all your customer's review with good reasons

I am writing to you to wonder why the cake was NOT delivered to the address below?
I requested it to be delivered between 5pm and 10pm... not 4.30pm as the shop was closed for lunch.
Actually I was speaking to Babu at 5.30pm Dubai time and he was at the shop.
Can the cake be remade and sent today 30/04/2020 at the time I requested?
This was supposed to be a big surprise.
If not sent I do request a refund on my credit card.

Answer: Don't order with them. They will take your money and then ignore you and give you all stories of why it couldn't be delivered. Rather go to another website. They are also handing out 20% discount vouchers for reviews, so all of these 5 start reviews cannot be trusted at all!
