Truffle cake was liked by all. It`s flavor was appreciated by all. 1 thing I did not like was the way it was presented. The message was not written on a gift card as was shown while ordering the cake. It was written on a piece of paper and that also shabbily cut. So, please improve your presentation as it effects the company image.

I had booked cake for my relative birthday & pay extra 250 for midnight delivery to make them surprise. But #fernsnpetal even bother to inform that our order has been cancelled with out informing us & we are waiting just like fools. Extremely dissatisfied with there service. Worst service ever plz dont purchase any thing from them they are cheating with all customers. Not giving any services.her delivery boys are very roud and eneducated how to speak with customers. Service is very poor. Fernsnpetal only take money they dont provide any services to customers. My order no. Is *******. They take full amount and also take delivery charges but dont delivered my order. Fake people. Plz dont buy any thing from fernsnpetal fake people worst service. 0/10

Really disappointed with the delivery timelines... wouldn't have order if I knew that the order is not going to be received even by end of the day... how does it even help if you send the flowers meant for anniversary after 8or 9pm when the whole day is gone... pointless and worthless, won't order anything again..

These guys are pathetic... they don't have value of time... please don't use this service they automatically change the tie as per their convenience and say that their system is showing this time... customer service representatives are nice peoples but... the actual working of the company is not recommended... when you will try to make something special... your special moments only will be shattered. Yes they initiate refund... but I think no refund can fulfill the preciousness of the lost moments.

I just attached with Ferns n Petals for the first time an amazingly all gone so smooth. Really appreciated in every aspect of the service.
I ordered birthday wooden box, but it isn't working. I raised a ticket within 24 to 48 hours of the delivery. But these people just wanted to close the ticket and not ready to address the issue. They just want the money and they will delivery an unworthy product. Also, they do not have a customer service to look into the issue, just to have an automatic reply and close the ticket.

I had ordered a fruit cake on 22nd Nov 2020, it was given on time but the cake received no where matches the picture showed in their site. They put big chunks of fruits and the apples were turning brown and no glaze and lot of gaps.No one will buy this for that price if they see it in person before buying it. The funniest part is when I gave the same review to them they are defending that each chef have their own style of baking and design. I don't want to comment on taste as it was ordered as gift.
