I got my dress finally it's amazing and like the picture exactly, however next time i will chose standard shipping as super saving took a lot of time but i do like the dress. Best of luck guys
I ordered a dress with some hesitation because I had no experience with this company. The price was reasonable, so I paid an additional fee for 3-6 day shipping. What the site failed to note was that the dress HAD TO BE MADE IN CHINA before the 3-6 day shipping could occur. After a good bit of back and forth with cust svc, they refunded the shipping cost. I got the dress after roughly 3 weeks and I really do like it. Another thing, logging into their website is impossible. I tried and tried to reset my PW but never could get an email from them to do it. Overall, everything worked out; but I dont think I will order again. Who wants to wait close to a month to get an in-season item?
I've been a customer of FloryDay for a month now and have found their prices and quality hard to beat. They also have a wonderfully wide variety of dress for any occassion. Their customer support is excellent and are quick to respond to any query. I really love my new dress that is so comfortably and perfectly fit to me.
They claim they offer "fast and hassle-free returns". This is not true. They said I would have to have my dress shipped back to China which would be cost-prohibitive. So they offered me 30% off the dress or a 50% off coupon on another purchase. The dress I ordered was supposed to be knee length but was 6 inches above my knee and the waistline was 3 inches too short. It might have fit someone 5' tall. I took the 30% refund which did come back to me, but I was extremely disappointed with their return policy.
UPDATE: After posting on Sitejabber, floryday offered me a full refund which is on its way.

I ordered 4 dresses and I choose all of them in size M, but one runs small. I am not happy and contact customer service and then I realize that I need to check each size chart for each dress. They offer me satisfy solutions and I am happy now. Highly recommend this site as they have nice dresses and good price, but CHECK SIZE CHART FOR EACH DRESS!

Dress was exactly as described. The size was accurate but I am a 12/14 and had to buy an XXL so only suitable for smaller people. The delivery was quick and the dress itself really pretty and just like the picture.
My first experience with FloryDay started off a little shaky as the dress i ordered for a wedding did not arrive when it should have, needless to say I was freaking out, however after emailing and talking to Your costumer service I was sent another dress and was received in 4 days. Because of their excellent way they handled my inquire and fast reaction I will and have order from them again.
Few days ago I received the parcel I was waiting for. It was nice dress and great gift from my bf. FloryDay is highly recommended and I will be back to shopping here again!

Ja sicher bekommt Ihr eine Bestnote! Doch was mir hier aufgefallen ist sind die Gr. Unterschiede bei den Kleidern. Deshalb nahm ich mir ein Maßband zur Hand und habe erstmal abgemessen. Alles in den Warenkorb gelegt und ab damit. Ich hatte den Standard Versand gebucht und habe auf die Kleider 8 Tage gewartet da die Mitarbeiter im Chat mir später mitgeteilt haben das der Standard Versand 4-7 Tage dauert + 2-3 Tage für die Vorbereitung der Lieferung und das Abhohlen dieser. Alles in einem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Ware und der Kommunikation und werde wieder bestellen.

Hello! I just received my dress yesterday and wanted to write to let other potential buyers know about my experience. I was really nervous about buying a dress online at such a discounted price, but I was running out of options with my wedding coming quickly and I had gained weight so my previous dress no longer fit. After reading reviews for a bunch of different Chinese retailers and speaking with many of the Vbridal staff via their online chat I decided to go for it. I'm so happy I did! There's so many horror stories out there, but my experience was wonderful. I placed the order on June 13th, my dress shipped on June 30th and it was in Canada on July 5th. Vbridal always responded to my inquiries promptly through their ticketing system. They shipped with DHL so I was able to track everything as well. The dress is gorgeous. The quality of material and craftmanship is amazing. Better than what I have seen in a lot of local bridal stores. The only downsides are that the "ivory" is more white than I expected and I ordered a custom size but it's a little big so I will need to have it taken in.
