I have placed several orders with Floryday and have yet to be disappointed with either the product or the great service. On a couple of occasions when I wanted to return what I had purchased, this was done quickly and efficiently and the money went into my account without any hassle. Their selection is fantastic and wide ranging and, as a very satisfied customer, I will be shopping with them again.
I had a couple of issues with this company after ordering three items, the customer service contacted me offering a refund and askking how they can improve on their web site and business. Great customer service..
I ordered five tunic tops. Size XXL, my usual size. Tunics are customarily long and roomy. These are long enough... but cut so skimpy I could only get them over my head. Arms, shoulders bust, hips... everywhere is so tight they are impossible to wear. These people have ZERO concept of American sizing. Stay away!
UPDATE: Now they are trying to bribe me with a full refund and I keep the clothes. All I have to do is take down my negative review. Now I'm incensed! This would explain why there are relatively few negative reviews of this company. Their things are cute... quality is OK... not great... but they are seriously mis-sized. And now I know they have no scruples. Unbelievable!
I first saw FloryDay on my mobile - also saw quite a few negative reviews but as I know in any business things can sometime go awry, thought I would take the chance. I ordered two dresses, one suitable for beach/barbecue, and one elegant silk dress for a wedding. My order and payment was confirmed very promptly and I received the tracking number which easily allowed me to follow the parcel's progress to Australia. Unfortunately when they arrived, although the casual dress was perfect, the silk dress was too large (my bad!). I contacted customer service via email, again excellent response. As I was expecting to pay an extortionate amount for postage back to China, I was delighted to be given an address for the return in Australia and FloryDay swiftly arranged the exchange for the smaller size, which I have now received (and it fits!). I am extremely happy with both dresses but even more I am so impressed with the service provided by this company. The whole process as outlined took less than four weeks while I ordered a consignment from the USA on September 7th and only managed to discover today that it has been sent but don't know when and their tracking number seems to be irrelevant. It seems that some people have had issues but from my experience I would not hesitate to recommend FloryDay and I will definately be visiting them again! Thanks FloryDay!
