SCAM - BEWARE!
June 30, 2017

I purchased a set of 3 bracelets for $20. What I received was three mangled, mis-matched bracelets not worth 20 cents. I contacted the company who told me my only option was to return the bracelets AT MY COST and they would send me another piece of jewelry, citing a non-existent return policy. BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I placed two separate orders within the same week of December 4th 2015. As of today (12-23-2015) I have only received ONE of those orders and it was WRONG! I ordered a pendant and they shipped me earrings. And not only is it wrong, but the earrings are BROKEN! I am still waiting for my other order. They don't have a phone number to call, only an email to write to, and they don't respond to emails. Now I have to pay more money to ship back the wrong order. I'm guessing they won't pay for my shipping costs either. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Where to begin... I ordered a necklace the first week of November. They sent the wrong one. Initial contact with customer service seemed good. They said they'd expedite me the correct piece. And then they quit responding, and never shipped anything. I found them on Facebook, and after a couple of negative comments, they got back to me again and shipped the replacement necklace out (rather slowly, they like to email that it's shipped at least three times when it hasn't).
Same wrong necklace arrived a second time. And even though I hadn't emailed again, they magically shipped a third necklace out. Same wrong necklace arrived with that package too, BUT, this time they threw in an extra 5 pieces that I never ordered and didn't even like. Contacted them again, sent them pictures of the three identical wrong items. By mid-January, I got a fourth necklace shipped to me. They finally got it HALF right, the necklace style was extremely similar (but not the same), but they still shipped me silver instead of gold that I ordered. So two months later they finally admitted they didn't have the necklace I ordered available.
Stay away from this company. I shipped them back all the wrong pieces (8 of them) and never even got so much as a thank you, sorry, or we received them. Most of their items you can find for less than $5 on eBay, and they use the same exact picture (they blocked me on Facebook when I started posting links). I'll trust an eBay user from China before I'll trust this company again.

After a small misunderstanding, mostly my fault, the people at Florence Scovel could not have done enough to get my order to me.
The item I bought and the people whom I dealt with were both excellent and make no mistake

I purchased 4 bracelets for my granddaughters then another one the following day difference design which I preferred. I contacted the company immediately and asked them if I could change the 4 to be same as the individual one. Was told no as order was being precessed, not sent out at this stage. (They did respond to that email)! The two packages came on the same day, funny that. Anyway. I did see that you could return but bracelets arrived without a return address or receipt. I paid by PayPal so at least I have that receipt. All I wanted was to be able to return the four bracelets said I would pay for postage of replacements... Nothing, being ignored. The leather on the individual one was inferior but by daughter in law works with jewellery so was going to replace that for me. Go on line and go to eBay, someone selling them half the price! I liked the sentiment on the bracelets which was my reason for buying but they were certainly not worth the money I paid for them... This company got over £50 from me but because I did not do the orders together did not get the free postage. My mistake. All I was asking was to replace the bracelets for different ones. Will continue to look on line see where else I can leave a bad review on this company!

My bracelet came missing a stone. After a few e-mails and a picture being sent, Karman sent a new one, no charge. Have not received it yet, so cannot be sure of the final outcome.

BEWARE! NOT SILVER!

Received a hanging cat pendant that was sold as sterling silver, it is not Sterling, and the quality is awe full, full of pits and rough, easily a $1 china item on ebay. Beware.

Fantastic gift

My daughter cried when I gave her a gift, and was able to hold it in her nursing exam. I hope it brought her luck as the words meant a lot that were inscribed on her bracelet.

Like everyone else I got scammed for $24.94 for a SMARTPHONE WATERPROOF ENDOSCOPE INSPECTION CAMERA FOR ANDROID DEVICES. Their address is 2740 Slough St. Mississauga, Ontario Canada. Don't waste you'er stamp. My guess is that this might be bogus too. The phone number either is busy or says that the mail box is full or doesn't exist. They have taken buyers for 4.3K, an average of $34.00 per person. I suppose this average is a grading curve, although we all have flunked the test.

I placed an order on November 8th for 2 bracelets that I still haven't received (coming from New York to Denver), sent emails and keep getting the standard response emails. So if I were you I would do what I did and not only report to the BBB but, like me, the FTC too... FTC is a government operated company that goes after companies that are scams.

Florence Scovel is my new "GO TO" for great quality items but "crazy good" low prices! I have purchased several items for gifts and have received only beautiful reviews and compliments on such gorgeous gifts. As for myself... they are lovely and very feminine jewelry and just makes every outfit I wear... casual or formal... just "pop" and I get such lovely compliments on ALL my jewelry from FS! I ordered a necklace, the Harry Potter style time turner. The engraving was misspelt in two places and the product was cheap and nasty - nothing like the picture.
Obviously I immediately contacted customer services - they replied with an email saying they were pleased I was satisfied with my order! I sent another three emails to which i received no reply.

I felt I had no choice but to contact them via facebook as there is no UK contact details I can find. I messaged them privately - hoping this was all a big misunderstanding. I still had no reply - this being a week and a half later.
I then left a scathing post on facebook - funnily enough they replied and deleted the comment!
They offered me a replacement like for like or another piece of jewellery. After all this I declined this offer asking for a refund, just for the item not even for delivery even though I feel as though I should be entitled to all my money back after this!
They again did not reply - I have just this minute had a reply stating they have shipped me a replacement, from which I recieved an email stating the same £10 pound charge again!
Furious does not describe how I feel. I am disgusted by their lack of customer service. This behaviour and faulty goods violates the sale of goods act. The product does not match the description and is not fit for purpose. The company is atrocious. I would not recommend to anyone!

I ordered May 24th, they promote the 2 day shipping, yet my item sat there until June 2nd. I still havent recieved it. They are very unprofessional. I emailed them with my order number and still had to send a screenshot it and send to them because they couldnt find me. I am very upset with them. If it werent for my wife wanting the keychains i would send them back and get my full refund. I do not recommend them, if you are planning on having it shipled in the 2 days that they say. I will not purchase from them ever again.
