I ordered jeans on line. But they did not fit so I took them into the store and they let me exchange them! So very nice to deal with people like this!

I ordered a small fireplace heater! Well it stopped heating! Took it back! And they exchanged it! No questions asked! Very nice to deal with company's that stand behind there products!

I placed an order of 4 items! 2 were sent! So I wrote a ticket and they said items were sent! But before I contacted them I checked my order status. And they were sitting there in limbo! All I can say is it's a good thing I have PayPal because they will get my money back for me!

They charged me twice for a white sweat shirt I Recieved 1 and still haven't Recieved a feather sweatshirt that I ordered. I did get reimbursed for the 3 shirts after I got Pay Pal involved!
