Jewelry is garbage... Very cheap quality. It took 2 months to get my order & it was incomplete... I was missing 2 items. I have not received a response to several emails.
Another unhappy customer i ordered merchandise from Florence Scovel Jewelry on 21 Dec still nothing to show wont return my Emails money has been taken from my account on 22 Dec so i will be taken legal action on this one never deal with this company
I ordered 3 watch/bracelet combos for my daughter and daughter-in-laws. I paid for 3, but only got 1. I have sent 4 e-mails with no reply. Never again!

This is first time I've ordered. I placed an order and forgot to apply my discount. Sent them an email and immediately got a response and my discount! That's what I call service!
They don't deserve even 1 star. This a total scam. I ordered Dec14 gifts for my granddaughters. Dec 19 emailed them was told that they would be with me 4/5 days. Emailed me Dec24 to say they are on back order and would be with me in 10 days. As soon as business is open on Monday I will be contacting my credit card and our trading standards here in the UK. Please don't be conned like me I'm out nearly £50. If my money is not back on my credit card by Tuesday 30 Dec I will be looking for recompense and monies for stress involved. AN & Associates" is what appears on your statement. People don't be duped like me and others on here. I will be following every avenue available to get my hard earned monies returned. Please note I DO NOT WANT ANY PRODUCTS FROM YOUR COMPANY JUST MY MONIES BACK TO MY ACCOUNT.
I have ordered three different times from Florence Scovel Jewelry and have been wonderfully pleased with all items that I purchased. One order had an incorrect item (which is the only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5), but I contacted them and they responded immediately. All I had to do was send them a picture of the item they sent in error, and I also included a copy of my order to be sure they knew which item was incorrect. They are sending a replacement, with no additional shipping fees. I haven't rec'd it yet, but I am confident that I will because every other order has been fine. I'm not sure why other people have had so many problems, but all I can say is my experience with them has been wonderful. And I think the products are beautiful. I have only good things to say. UPDATE: I received the originally ordered item that had not been sent as mentioned earlier in this review and it was beautiful, so I changed my rating from four stars to five stars. I am extremely pleased with all my orders AND all my products from Florence Scovel Jewelry!

I ordered two bracelets for my daughters for Xmas. They said it'd arrive on 12/22. I emailed them today, on 12/22, and THEN was notified it just shipped. Are they asleep? Shouldn't be in business

I ordered two butterfly watches for my two nieces in memory of their mom who recently passed away. When I got my package there was only ONE watch! I had planned to give the watches to the girls at a dinner the following weekend. I was so disappointed. I emailed customer service right away and within two days the response was, "We are sending you the missing watch with expedited service." I was thrilled to have the watch in time! Answer: I suggest you cancel your order and immediately (like right now) apply for a refund from PayPal or your credit card company. This is another way this scam of a company tries to hang on to your money without sending any of their junk jewelry to you.
Answer: It took almost 2 weeks for me and I received a discount voucher for the long wait. I had hardly any response to 3 chase emails. The website/Facebook page makes you feel it's a homely company making fairly good quality goods but in fact it's all made in China and you are truly getting what you pay for as nothing I bought was expensive. I doubt I'll use them again but ok for trinkets.
