I placed an order 12 days ago and it said I would have my order in 2-4 days. I still don't have my order and they refuse to cancel it and refund my money!

I ordered a gold bracelet from these people it arrive wasn't gold in any way wouldn't even use it for a dog collar when tried to return the $#*! I email the company and they said it had nothing to do with them then fod me off saying it was a different company bullocks glad I payed through PayPal as had a proper receipt so the company couldn't say the money went to them

I received my item in a timely manner. I got responses to my emails in a timely manner. My problem was with the QUALITY of the product and the DECEPTIVE practices of this company. The "original prices" are clearly false numbers made up to mislead consumers to believing that the quality of the product is higher. It is hardly worth the SALE price. The item I received is closer to cheap children's play jewelry than anything they describe. The charms on the item I received are also clearly cheaper and smaller than the one's pictured on their site and I suspect they are modeled on the arms of children to make them appear larger. Their site also popped up with a free shipping offer code that, when I attempted to immediately use, was not valid. When I inquired about it, they just said sorry, it's not valid and did not offer any resolution. I found another code online for 25% off but it did not offset the price as much as the free shipping would have. Deception left and right. Steer clear of this company! BUYER BEWARE!
I Wish I'd seen this site before ordering, "I placed my order for 3 of the Magnetic Cable for iPhone and android ID # 55J*******D*******D on March 6th. The company got paid by PayPal on the 7th. I'm still waiting for my purchase and now I can't get a response from PayPal about this ", it has gone beyond a joke now But, after finding this website I know why! I have order Jewelry from Florence Scovel before and very shocked about this situation, I will no longer order ANYTHING off of a Facebook ad. Lesson learned.
My husband ordered me two bracelets from this company on February 26th he received notice that it was shipped on the 27th and was accepted in Buffalo NY on the same day by the USPS but guess what USPS says they have no record of it being scanned, it was a manual override. It is now March 13th and no package and USPS says they will be investigating. Better Business Bureau has 96 complaints about this company and 63 of them are for non delivery.
Terrible, I have sent back items as it was not what it looked like and they refuse to answer to my emails and I am still waiting for my refund 4weeks on..
This was honestly the best experience I have ever had with an online purchase. As soon as I opened the website, I was provided the offer of subscribing to their newsletter and receiving a discount for my first order! I loved the jewelry they advertised on Facebook, so I definitely subscribed right then and there. The ordering system was really easy, which was great for me because I; m not very tech savvy!
I realized I didn't exactly know how to add the discount to my order, so I emailed their customer service team and asked. Their response time was amazing! I got a reply the same day, telling me exactly how I could add the discount! Unfortunately for me, not being tech savvy... I made a mistake and the discount didn't go through. I replied to the response I got, and the customer service representative helped me out by applying the discount to my order manually. I was so thankful!
As soon as I placed my order, I received a confirmation as well, which I was very happy about. And once my order shipped, they sent me a tracking number too! I got my jewelry the SAME WEEK I ORDERED IT! It took only 5 days! I was so impressed! And the jewelry was absolutely gorgeous and worth every penny! I absolutely LOVE Florence Scovel and their customer service team! Will definitely buy all my jewelry their from now on!

It really is a shame about this company. I was very excited to order from their site and donate towards a good cause. The problem is that "Nancy" in Customer Service provided false information on my order. After a month of not receiving my order, I reached out and requested a refund. Nancy then informed me that they couldn't process a refund because my order had been "processed" which is hilarious to me considering that I waited two more weeks after that and still no tracking number or updates on my order. I had received a handful of emails claiming that my item would ship in 3-5 business days. I also received emails stating that I would have a tracking number within 24-48hrs. After not receiving the product nor the tracking number and receiving a handful of rubbish emails, I requested a refund again and once again she supplied me with the same pre-written response declining my request. I got so frustrated that I went straight to my CC company and disputed the charge. I truly am shocked that any of their customers actually received their products. I wish I would've done a little more research on the company prior to my purchase. Wont happen again!
The prices are right, they just got my order wrong. But they responded quickly and professionally to the problem, and took care of the problem. GREAT JOB!

Answer: I suggest you cancel your order and immediately (like right now) apply for a refund from PayPal or your credit card company. This is another way this scam of a company tries to hang on to your money without sending any of their junk jewelry to you.
Answer: It took almost 2 weeks for me and I received a discount voucher for the long wait. I had hardly any response to 3 chase emails. The website/Facebook page makes you feel it's a homely company making fairly good quality goods but in fact it's all made in China and you are truly getting what you pay for as nothing I bought was expensive. I doubt I'll use them again but ok for trinkets.
