These people do not deliver because they actually have no real product, just pictures of product. You will NEVER GET YOUR ORDER. They are fraudulent and knowingly steal consumer's money. In fact, if you launch a dispute with them in PayPal, they have ALL disputes AUTOMATICALLY responded to with a "merchant fails to respond" literally the second you file, which escalates automatically to a full claim against them. This means so many people launch formal complaints, they literally can't respond. This is a criminal enterprise, using a storefront built on the Shopify platform, but have no real product or business to support the false storefront. They, like most great frauds, hide behind rhetoric and false claims of supporting charitable organizations, just to trick you into thinking you are dealing with a legitimate company.
Today, I joined numerous others and filed a formal FBI internet criminal fraud complaint. The small amount of my loss is nothing, but when you add up the fact that they do this to thousands of consumers every week, they are making a killing robbing the public blind. I am taking time to write this review, because I am sick of scum, like the people behind this scam, getting honest people's money and I hope someone reads all the posts I will be making before they get robbed by these frauds.

You see a neat product with a neat advertisment, you decide to buy it, but what should also happen is you investigate the manufacturer or in this case reseller of shoddy material.
I ordered a silver and rose gold USB magnetic ended cable and got two regular white cables with magnets at the end with no instructions and a little green piece of plastic for who know what.
Order placed 03/02/2017. No response from emailing them about a tracking number or processing time, then found negative reviews so I disputed with Paypal, which brought forth a tracking number from Deutsch DHL showing the package left Canada and went to Germany? Received the crappy cables and they are magnetic yes but will easily fall out of your phone and get lost so there is no point in owning this trash... I just called the "merchant" and after 10 minutes of hold music and a Philipino woman telling me my call would be answered in the order it was received, the message changes to "All of our agents are busy with other customers. Try your call again later. Good bye." followed by a beep to leave a voicemail. This is 05/02/2017 as I was quick to dispute based on the negative reviews.
Too much effort for such a simple transaction. Pay attention when buying knick knacks off of Facebook advertisers.

I ordered two bracelets. I was sent a tracking email with a link that went to Google.
I waited and waited and asked them where it was. They sent me to a page saying it has been delivered. I told them it was not. I waited and waited.
I got in touch with PayPal and opened a resolution ticket
FSJ contacted me (surprise surpise) and said it was in transit. Great! They sent me a number (no link) I write back and asked for a link so I could track it myself. They wrote to me with the same page as the FIRST contact and said, we see it's been delivered.
I write back (very angry I am afraid) and asked if they were joking. I told them this is exactly what happened weeks ago and I have NOT received anything. I told them that they need to actually read what I put.
That's it. Even after sending another two emails I have heard ZILCH, NADA, NOTHING
I will be putting in a formal complaint with Paypal. All I want are my bracelets or a refund. I do not care what the delivery page says. I have not received any parcels from this company and they will not even sort it out for me. I even asked them to ask the packaging company to talk to me direct as I will sort it out with them (they will not talk to buyers, only suppliers) but nothing!
I first saw FS on my facebook page and looked to see what people had said and also what they had on offer. I decided to buy the cancer bracelet with hope etc on it in pink. It was retailed at over £20, but I paid around £8 or so plus delivery. I had a 10% discount code which came through an email when I joined the site. However when I ordered the bracelet I put the code in and it wasn't taken off at check out. I emailed the company and a reply came back to say it was being looked in to. In the meantime money was taken from my paypal account. A few days later an email came to give me the tracking number which was correct and worked. By the next day the bracelet arrived. Now, if I was paying the retail price of over £20 I would say honestly it would have been a rip off, however I paid around £8, and it's nice, a word of advice though, I have skinny wrists and have the bracelet on the tightest option, it would not fit a child unless they are bigger and have chunkier wrists. I basically got what I paid for and I am pleased to be supporting cancer. Now back to the 10%, off that didn't happen, well after several emails which were curtious and professional they reinstated 49p back into my paypal account. Don't get me wrong, I am not a cheep skate, just proving a point, that they do act in the best interests of the consumer. Anyway I am pleased and would order again. Thank you
I ordered a necklace on 9/4/15. The advertisement stated it was made with sterling silver, ships within 24 hours and delivers within 2-4 business days. Perfect, right?
On 9/18 I was wondering about my order and made several attempts to inquire. Facebook is a joke. After spending only a few minutes on Facebook I saw that they delete negative posts, and block you if you state any truth about this horrible company. They deleted my inquiry on my order and it wasn't even negative! I also emailed several times with no response. Luckily, I got a BuySafe email with my order, so I filed a claim. Florence Scovel CONVENIENTLY shipped the package THE DAY AFTER I filed the claim and then then they CONVENIENTLY replied to my email the day after the package is delivered. Coincidence? I think not. Not to mention the necklace was not made of sterling silver and it was nothing like the picture shown. I am not even attempting to send it back... not worth the time or energy. Best of luck to this ridiculous company.

Answer: I suggest you cancel your order and immediately (like right now) apply for a refund from PayPal or your credit card company. This is another way this scam of a company tries to hang on to your money without sending any of their junk jewelry to you.
Answer: It took almost 2 weeks for me and I received a discount voucher for the long wait. I had hardly any response to 3 chase emails. The website/Facebook page makes you feel it's a homely company making fairly good quality goods but in fact it's all made in China and you are truly getting what you pay for as nothing I bought was expensive. I doubt I'll use them again but ok for trinkets.
